Rustig gelegen dichtbij zee en centrum

Mooie woning met 4 terassen, prachtig zwembad, buitenkeuken, 3 wc’s, en alles op wandelafstand van het centrum, supermarkt en één van de stranden. Playa Moraig is iets verder en moet je zeker bezoeken. Leuke plaatsen in de omgeving : Calpe, Xabia, Denia, Benidorm

Lovely villa

Lovely villa with a great garden area and pool. The kitchen was probably the best equipped that we have ever stayed in, in Spain. Having air conditioning was another bonus during the hot nights. We spent a lot of time around the pool and gardens, the outside furniture was very comfortable and plentiful. The water pressure and temperature in the bathrooms could have been better but that was the only thing that we found wrong with the villa. Would certainly book again.

Très charmante location.

Logement bien équipé ( avec la climatisation dans les chambres et la pièce principale, ce qui est vraiment un plus), très bien située et avec une piscine fort agréable et bien orientée. Environnement calme même s'il a fallu parfois demander aux proches voisins de baisser le niveau sonore de leur musique. Propriétaire accueillant qui est présent à l'arrivée et au départ.

Casa preciosa, totalmente recomendable!!! hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas, piscina preciosa y muy limpia. Todo muy bien cuidado. Mucho menaje de cocina y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Sin duda repetiremos, mejor imposible!

Superbe maison, le propriétaire est une personne très agréable très réactif pour toute intervention liée au fonctionnement de la maison, le nettoyage de la piscine est fait régulièrement, la maison est a mon gout trop personnalisée niveau décoration sinon tout est parfait

Je m'étonne de n'avoir pu rencontrer un personnel Interhome durant les 2 semaines de mon séjour: bureau toujours fermé à chacune de mes visites (3) pendant les heures légales. Aucun état des lieux ni à l'arrivée ni à la sortie. Seul un contact téléphonique à l'arrivée ( location libre à partir de 16h.mais bureau fermé à 16h. ! ) pour m'indiquer où étaient les clés !

Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz modern aber sehr rationnel und gut eingerichtet, an einer guten Lage in Moraira, nicht weit vom Strand wo man auch zu Fuss hingehen kann, sehr ruhige Lage

Perfect rest

We had a wonderful time at this house! Exactly as advertised. All amenities were provided, clean, comfortable. The pool and outside area was great, location was excellent for exploring the surrounding areas. Myself and three friends and baby felt like we were in our own home. Thank You to Interhome and the owner of this charming property!

Mittelmäßiges Ferienhaus

positiv: die Lage war schön, sehr nah zum Meer und zum Zentrum gelegen, bis auf die Küche waren alle Räume klimatisiert, Pool war schön groß negativ: uralter verschmutzter Grill, ein Bettgestell ist gebrochen, defekte Armaturen im Bad, Matratzen schon sehr ausgelegen und veraltet, es gab nur einen Sonnenschirm und vier alte, kaputte Liegen
