The apartment is located less than 100 meters from Playa de la Fustera, between Calpe and Moraira, one of the most coveted beaches in the area due to its characteristics. Fine sand beach and beach bar, nautical activities, picnic areas, children's games and supermarket 2 minutes walk.

Marta Beach 4 is located in a recently built complex with a restaurant with a chill-out atmosphere, swimming pool, sun loungers and Balinese beds, even some nights with live music.

The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed with open access, without an entrance door and a bathroom with a shower.
