However, we have a very sunny climate, about 320 days a year. The villa is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by an area of ??protected pine, with very few cars, the villa is the latest in a cul de sac. every comfort, with French TV, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace with barbecue, games etc ...
