Perfect Brighton getaway: Close to beach, town, station
This is a great place for families and friends, near the sea and Brighton station, with the city centre and beach easily accessible. The flat forms what would have been the servants' quarters of our Victorian town house (1850s), with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Stylish, characterful, well equipped and welcoming.
The space The flat has been recently renovated, with a new kitchen, bathrooms and heating system, but it retains its Victorian charm. There are two bedrooms: one has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom (shower and sink), the other has three comfortable single beds, one of which folds away. The living room has a beautiful velvet sofa bed, and there's cable TV and fast wifi. Up to seven people can be accommodated. The main bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink.
Other things to note Linen will not be left for the sofa bed or third single bed if it is not requested.
***Strictly no parties*** This apartment is in a residential area and below our own family house; therefore it is not suitable for a hen or stag do, or as a pre-night out venue. These bookings will be cancelled before arrival. I'm afraid we can't accommodate pets either.
