About this property
The Pink House
The Pink House is perfectly located for exploring Falmouth, just off from the High Street on a private off street with only 6 houses.
You are a short walk away from everything Falmouth has to offer, with the luxury of a peaceful and relaxing Victorian house.
The front facade is beautifully in character with black railings and cast iron table and chairs, with a comfortable corner sofa and table in the private courtyard out the back, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine.
The space
The property is very recognisable from its candy pink exterior located just off a quiet side pathway. As you approach the property you are greeted with a lovely patio area with a table and chairs which is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening beer!
As you enter the property you are welcomed into the living room which is comfortable and perfect to chill out, this is also where the double sofa bed is located,
As you continue through you come through into the kitchen area which is well equipped and ready for you to cook up a storm, located directly to the right of you is the private courtyard which enjoys the morning sunshine so perfect for a slow morning and an ideal area to enjoy some food and relax.
As you go up the stairs you will find the bathroom directly in front of you which is equipped and stocked ready for your use, with a waterfall shower.
Then finally the two doors to your right are the bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double both of which are comfortable and quiet so perfect after a days exploring!
Other things to note
A few minutes walk from the property is Falmouth pier where you can book tours, excursions and trips to neighbouring towns, all of which is very affordable and runs throughout the day. Bus services are abundant in Falmouth for travel around Falmouth itself or the entirety of Cornwall as well as the train station for easy access in and out of Falmouth.
