If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy a splendid Jacuzzi pool and spend time in our large garden, our Tuscan-style villa is the ideal option. Located in the hills a few kilometres from Lucca, you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and experience an unforgettable holiday immersed in the tranquillity of nature.
Villa Fenice is an oasis of tranquillity surrounded by greenery. The Tuscan-style villa is spread over three floors and offers ample space for your comfort.
On the ground floor, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table for 8 people. There is also a comfortable, fully renovated bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the first floor, you can relax in the finely furnished living room with comfortable sofas, a 40" Smart TV and a glass coffee table. Adjacent to the lounge, there is a study with a bookcase for quiet reading moments. You will also find a bedroom with a wardrobe and a private bathroom. From the lounge, you have direct access to the outdoor terrace and garden, perfect for spending pleasant days.
The second and top floor houses three charming double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and large wardrobes for storing your personal belongings.
Outside, our garden will provide you with a lush landscape and absolute peace. You can enjoy relaxing moments on the sun loungers, enjoy a barbecue lunch or dinner on our covered veranda, and end the day with a rejuvenating dip in the beautiful six-person Jacuzzi pool.
We also offer a Welcome Kit and provide towels in various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets and duvets for your comfort.
