About this property

CONDADO: House in Pals, with garden and communal pool, ideal for your holiday

House for rent in Pals, with private garden and community pool to enjoy a unique vacation on the Costa Brava. In a quiet area, with incredible outdoor space, a very well-kept community and just a 15-minute walk from Playa de Pals.



The house is divided into two floors, it is cozy and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor we find the kitchen that is fully equipped and open to the living room with an American-style bar. The living-dining room is very bright and has direct access to the terrace and the private garden. The exterior has a barbecue, quality garden furniture and an awning to enjoy outside even on hot summer days. The garden area has artificial grass and communicates through a door with the community area and the pool. On the ground floor there is also a toilet.



The three bedrooms are located at the top. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is also double equipped with two single beds and wardrobes. The last bedroom has bunk beds, which the little ones in the family love. On this floor there are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the second with a shower.



The house has all the comforts to make your vacation perfect: Wi-Fi, swimming pool, dishwasher, outdoor awning... and a beautiful decoration to make you feel at home.



You will like it if you are looking for a holiday home near the beach, in a quiet area, with a pool and all the amenities.

The house was spacious in in a lovely quiet complex with fabulous pool. There was no A/C so the ceiling fans were great but struggled a bit when the temperatures got into the 30's. The garden/outdoor area was beautiful and we had plenty of space to eat together as a family. Perhaps some cleaning products for the bathrooms would have been a welcome addition.

Lage des Hauses und Umgebung angenehm, In der Nebensaison bei kaum belegter Anlage auch angenehm ruhig. In der Hauptsaison könnte es laut und eng werden, da die Häuser sehr dicht aneinander gebaut sind (Reihenhäuser); sehr schön gelegener Pool mit altem Baumbestand, gepflegte Gartenanlage.. Weg zum Strand zu Fuß gut zu bewältigen (10 - 30 Min. je nach Kondition)Das Haus soll Platz für 6 Personen bieten, was u.E. allenfalls mit Kindern noch komfortabel wäre. Die im Preis enthaltene Ausstattung mit Handtüchern war spartanisch (1 Handtuch pro Person für 2 Wochen !), die Ausstattung mit Geschirr war ebenfalls auf Kinder zugeschnitten (keine Kaffetassen, sondern Becher, abgezählte 2 Weingläser. Alles in allem ein nettes Haus mit einigen Mankos, geeignet bestenfalls für 2-3 Erwachsene mit Kindern. Der Preis erschien uns dann auch recht selbstbewusst.
