A gorgeous villa with a private swimming pool, 1 km from the beach in Platja d'Aro, on the Costa Brava!
This luxurious holiday home is perfect for families or groups of friends up to 8 people. There is a spacious garden with swimming pool (8 x 5m) and a big, partly covered terrace with stunning views out to sea, which has quality garden furniture and a barbeque for enjoying meals outside. The house itself has a lovely comfortable living room with a digital flatscreen TV, and a fireplace. There is also a dining room and a big kitchen (with a dish-washer, a microwave and a coffee-expresso machine). There are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) of which 2 have their own private bathroom en suite. In total there are 3 bathrooms (2 have a bath and 1 has a shower).
The house is located in a quiet residential area only 1 km from the sandy beach. The distance to the centre of Platja d'Aro with all its shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars is 2 km from here

Im a natural of Girona, living currently in Germany. We love our house but we don't have he time to come over as often as we would like, that is why we rent it. We love to rent the house, it's always a nice experience. Allthough we are not always there, we do have very dedicate property managers who take very good care of our guests.
Why they chose this property
As we were looking for a property to buy, we falled in love with the location, with the beautiful view to the sea, and the quietness of the area, but still near the beach and the town. We bought the land and built the villa. We decorated it ourselves. Whenever we come over on holiday we always enjoy it very much.
