This luxurious detached villa in Roelofarendsveen is located on the water with a connection to the Braassemermeer. The villa is located in a natural and water-rich environment where you can relax and enjoy all the facilities that the villa offers. At 1.4 kilometers from the pleasant center for your shopping and cozy catering. In the wider area you will find the Keukenhof, Avifauna, the Corpus, Leiden, De Kaag, Amsterdam, The Hague.
The villa is air-conditioned, has a spacious living/dining room with decorative fireplace and 75-inch Ultra HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances and an American fridge. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a bubble bath, 3 spacious modern bathrooms and an extra toilet downstairs.
The villa has a room with a luxurious workplace, equipped with 2 monitors, docking station, headset and webcam. (available on request).Here is also a full sleeping place for a 7th guest on request.
Outside you can stay on the partly covered terrace with spacious garden, BBQ area and
view of the water. You can relax in the 6-person jacuzzi or in the sauna.
A charging point for your electric car is available.
