Refined apartment with terrace and sea view in a quiet residential area of Sanremo, a short walk from the beaches and the bike path. The apartment, located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, has been recently renovated. The entrance opens onto a hallway that connects all the rooms. On the right, guests will find the living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a cabinet with TV. From here, they can access the terrace with table and chairs where they can relax and have meals in the open air enjoying the view of the sea. The terrace is also accessible from the kitchen, which is complete with a counter and stools and equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a dresser and a large closet.
