This beautiful home, set in a nature reserve within 500 acres of Cotswold countryside, is one of few Skydecks with 4 levels of outside living space within Lower Mill Estate, providing some of the highest vantage points across the nature reserve. The home has an unprecedented 5 bathrooms (4 ensuite!), providing each of the 5 bedrooms with a private bathroom.

By making a reservation you are accepting the Lower Mill Estate`s Code of Conduct as per the Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and your guests.
STATED GROUP SIZE: Bookings are accepted on the group size & configuration stated at the time of booking. Any changes to this would require permission. Lower Mill Estate is a gated and warden controlled private estate and we provide the Estate with all guest group sizes and group dynamics prior to arrival, which are confirmed at the time of booking.
DAY VISITORS: Day visitors to the Property may be permitted with our prior consent, at our discretion, provided that the total group (including visitors) does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the Property.
SPA ACCESS: All but a 4 minute walk to the Luxury Spa complex, of which you get full rental access during your stay, allowing you and your family and friends to use the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Outdoor pools are closed during the low season.
NATURE FIRST: Lower Mill Estate is a nature first environment and we are all guests of nature. As such, things like certain lakes being closed in off season for nesting, low level lighting at night, reeds being left to grow to full height, is part of managing the unique environment and eco system.
PARKING: Each property on the Estate has one designated parking space within a few yards of their front door. All other vehicles can make use of the nearby additional communal visitor spaces and/or the overflow car parks. Please do try and limit the number of cars where possible.
HOT TUB: All of our hot tubs are maintained by a professional pool company, Messrs, MR Pools. Please do not use the hot tub after 10:30pm to retain the peaceful & respectful environment, in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
TRAVEL COT OPTION: We are unable to supply bedding or a mattress thicker than the ‘wrap around base’ that the travel cot comes with. For your reference, the approx. size of a standard travel cot is 60-65cm x 95-100cm.
BBQs: Due to insurance restrictions & potential health & safety compliance issues, we have removed BBQs from each property. Therefore, please remember to pack your own, or alternatively purchase a disposable BBQ for alfresco cooking.
LAKE SAFETY: All outside terrace areas are child proof and have over waist height glass balustrades all the way around, providing a safe environment for children. A gate leads to the bank of the lake, additional monitoring should be applied.

5 bedrooms and multiple bed options enabled all our family (9) to get together for a weekend. Well appointed and equipped in a lovely setting with good swimming pools nearby.
My family gathered to help celebrate my birthday and the house was perfect for eight adults and three children to spend time together or take themselves off when they needed some space (nobody did this but so much space in and out of the house they could have). Unfortunately our time there was too shout but loved every minute we were there
