Fun Family Gathering at Christmas

The property was clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped. We were able to prepare and share meals, play a little pool and slept well.The location was also a good staging place for local trips including hikes, meals out (Alice's Restaurant) and places of interest nearby such as Stanford University.

It was a really easy visit to the bay area. Check in was a breeze and we were welcomed with bottle of wine and snack on the table. Bed was comfy and we were able to get laundry done quickly. Had everything we needed. Thank you!

Great spot!

Our family had a great time playing pool at the VRBO and seeing the local sites. Only about 45 minutes to San Francisco. Highly recommend!

Comfortable with some opportunities to make it even better!

Great fit for our family of five. Yard could use some upkeep and be careful with the pool table: pockets are ripped and multiple balls fell through so watch your toes! Otherwise, well-eqipped with all the basics. Nice bathrooms and comfortable master bed. Easy check in / check out.

OK place

It could be cleaner. Table greasy, walls and windows not clean. Needs more cooking utensils- cooking spoon, colander, etc. We were gone most of the time, which was good.

Welcoming, well-located rental

This property was perfectly located for our needs. We were close to the I280 which made travel from the airport & to the activities associated with our uncle's memorial service convenient. Check in/out was easy. The host was responsive & accommodating when we needed to alter our original reservation. We did little but sleep at the property b/c of our schedule while in the area but the modest house was comfortable & adequately equipped had we wanted to prepare meals & spend more time there. It was an economical alternative to area hotels for 3 comfortable bedrooms and private space to visit with our cousins.

Storm, loss of power.

We needed to leave the property two days early. We stayed only one night. No power, so we had to pack out in darkness. The owners were more than helpful in getting us flashlights and refund for not being able to use the property, due to storm. Thank you for the flexibility!

Property needs some attention

The house is located across the street from a nice park. Beds were comfortable. Easy check-in/check-out. Our children enjoyed the pool table and park. The property contains the rental home and another home that is not accessible. Upon entering the home, there was an unpleasant odor that met us. This reminded us of an odor from an animal cage. We contacted the host about the inoperable central air conditioning system. The owner was unable to correct during the four nights we were there. We were able to use portable fans and a window AC unit in the living room, giving us some relief. The hot water is slow to come but eventually appeared. The kitchen needed clean sponges and other basic kitchen supplies. Open food containers were found in the cabinets. A moldy potholder was found on top of cutting boards in one drawer. The bed pillows did not have pillow protectors but only a pillowcase covering them. Trash was found on the floor in one bedroom under a nightstand. Wall switches did not turn on any overhead lights. Wi-Fi was weak. We contacted the host about the laundry machine, which did not appear to agitate the clothes. The host told us after we left that the machine seemed to work fine for them, but they would investigate further. Overall, this rental was disappointing.

Quiet perfect fun house!

The house was perfect for a family of 6! More than I expected. It has a pool table and an amazing backyard that I wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy both. We stayed for a total of 3 nights and 4 days. Hopefully we get to return someday.

Enjoyed our stay at Farm Hills

We needed a home for a few days in Redwood City near our son and daughter in law. There were a total of 6 of us with a 2 and 5 year old. The property was perfect. Plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms for our need. And the park across the street was perfect for our grandsons! It was a pleasure working with Dina and the check-in process was super easy.

Great Spot

We enjoyed our time at the little house tucked off the side of the main home. There is a nice back patio area and a pool table. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms seem to be recently updated. The kitchen is a little skimpy on pots and pans but had most everything we needed. It was a great location for us to do everything in the Redwood City area.

Farm hills blvd

Nice little house in Redwood City, CA. Great neighborhood and the park across the street was an awesome place for hiking. The patio on the roof is quite and a great place to spend your evenings. Overall this place was great and I would definitely recommend it!
