The heart of the house is the bright living area, where large windows open directly to the south-west facing wooden terrace. From here, you can step outside straight from the living room or bedrooms to soak up the sunshine, share meals in the fresh air, or simply enjoy long evenings surrounded by nature. The terrace and natural plot offer plenty of room to relax, while the large garden area also provides space for children to play freely – even for lively ball games. Inside, the home is designed with both comfort and practicality in mind. The bathroom and the separate guest WC both feature underfloor heating, ensuring warmth and well-being throughout the year. After a day at the beach or exploring the area, you can indulge in a long soak in the whirlpool or unwind in the sauna, letting the stress of everyday life melt away. The house also offers good sleeping arrangements, with bunk beds that children will love – though the upper bunks are best suited for the youngest guests. The location is a highlight in itself. Just a short walk takes you to the lagoon’s beautiful beach, perfect for swimming, relaxing, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal air. Here, you will also find a fishing lake and a mini golf course, offering fun for the whole family. And only about 100 metres from the house, there is a large public nature playground where children can climb, explore, and burn off energy in a safe, natural environment. This holiday home is more than just a place to stay – it’s a comfortable base where you can combine relaxation with activities and family fun, all in the heart of scenic surroundings close to the lagoon. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
