It is combined with a 60 m² large living room and acts as the centre of the house. With its skylights the whole room is bright and welcoming. The house is allergy friendly as all carpets have been replaced with wooden floors. The house is surrounded by a 140 m² large wooden terrace, where you can enjoy a lovely barbecue night. There are swings and sandbox on the property. 2 cots, 2 high chairs and double carport at your disposal. There is an 18-course golf course nearby, from where you have a great view of the fjord and Kattegat. 50-100 metres away there is a Put and Take lake, mini-golf, grocer's and restaurant.
