There is an activity room with exercise bike, rowing machine and a step machine. The well-equipped and functional kitchen offers cutlery for 36 people. It is combined with a 60 m² large living room and acts as the centre of the house. With its skylights the whole room is bright and welcoming. The house is allergy friendly as all carpets have been replaced with wooden floors. The house is surrounded by a 140 m² large wooden terrace, where you can enjoy a lovely barbecue night. There are swings and sandbox on the property. 2 cots, 2 high chairs and double carport at your disposal. There is an 18-course golf course nearby, from where you have a great view of the fjord and Kattegat. 50-100 metres away there is a Put and Take lake, mini-golf, grocer's and restaurant.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
