Well-located and well-maintained vacation home with a view of the Limfjord, both inside and outside, approx. 350 meters from the fjord.The house is energy efficient with a heat pump, allowing for lower consumption. In addition, the house is equipped with a Solar Venti unit, which provides both heat and fresh air. The cottage's garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet, as well as the opportunity for ball games and play. In addition, there are several cozy corners on the large grounds, which are ideal for reading a good book while the kids play in the garden. The cottage also offers activities for the whole family, where you can spend many enjoyable hours together, including outdoor darts, a game console (Wii) with games, and a soccer goal/soccer trainer in the garden. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet, and a Smart TV with built-in Chromecast, so you can stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy and windy autumn evenings. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, and microwave.Bathroom with shower, bath, and toilet. There is a washing machine, high chair, and 1 weekend bed for the little ones. The house has three bedrooms, including one room with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), and one bedroom with a double bed (120 x 200 cm) plus a bunk bed for one person. The house has both an open/covered terrace with good garden furniture and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the fjord. There is also a campfire site where the whole family can have fun roasting sausages, marshmallows, or baking bread on a stick.Not available for rental to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
