On a large estate amid the wonderful area where the Apennines meet the Tuscan hills, you will find this lovely 1-bedroom cottage in Rufina. There is a shared swimming pool to take a refreshing dip on a hot summer day. It is ideal for a couple or 2 persons on retreat.

The cottage is located in an area famous for its wine and olive oil. You will see the best of Tuscany here in spring and autumn. There is a tennis court at 0.3 km if you wish to get active. The town centre of Rufina rests at 7 km and is great to wander or go shopping. For a pleasant day trip, the beautiful town of Florence is 30 km away.

This cottage is equipped with central heating. The traditional open fire place in the large, cosy living room adds to the enjoyment in the colder days. In the summer, you can enjoy being outside in the private garden or go for walk around the estate. The evenings are better around the hot barbecue on the private terrace with a bottle of wine. Parking is available.
