The villa has a semi- open plan living area, the kitchen is well-equipped and contains an integrated electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, filtre coffe machine, fridge freeze, kettle, toaster, and dining table for 4. Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

The comfortable lounge area includes an L-shped sofa, bookcase, coffee table and flat screen TV. Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.
There is also a communal cloakroom on this floor.

First Floor
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are1 double and one twin en-suite bedrooms, each enjoy their own balcony with good sea views.

Top Floor
The second double en-suite bedroom is located on this floor and has access to a large roof terrace with stunning panoramic views.

Outdoors

The villa has a lovely outdoor space with a secluded feel and magnificent panoramic views. The private infinity edged pool with ladder steps measures 7 x 3m (1.6m deep), and surrounding the pool are 4 sunbeds 2 of which are in a shallow area of the pool.

Table football is in the villa's side garden for guests' entertainment.

There is also a covered comfortable outdoor sofa seating area to relax in, and a dining area with seating for 6 guests, plus a portable charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining.
