Lovely, clean and cozy villa, located just 400m from the beach
Located in a quiet and green neighborhood, this villa is surrounded by a garden with majestic pine trees, fenced all around to guarantee complete privacy. The beach is just 5 a minute walk away. A short and nice bike ride will get you to the centre of Forte dei Marmi, where you can will find an amazing offer of luxury shops, restaurants and bars. All rooms are air-conditioned. The ground floor of the villa is fully accessible for reduced mobility guests. The villa has been renovated in 2025 to provide the best experience to our guests. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available. The porch and the terraces allow spending lovely moments outdoor, in the shade and enjoying the breeze. Guests can use the provided barbecue for exquisite outdoor grills.

Dear guests, welcome to our family villa where I spent the most extraordinary summers of my life. We decided to offer our villa for other to enjoy the beauty of the area. For this reason we recently renovated the property to ensure our guests can have the best possible experience.
