About this property

Come and experience " River Therapy " at it's best!! Perfect for large/multiple families.
Large covered patio connects the houses and adjoins the 50' dock on deep water canal. Just minutes from the Gulf via the beautiful Weeki Wachee River.

2 single adult & 2 double adult kayaks, 2 paddle boards, multiple inflatables and fishing poles are provided.

Completely fenced with ample secure parking with room for a RV.

The boat launch is 1/2 mile away at Rodgers Park which has a sandy beach.

The property has 5 flat screen TVs, Cable, Phone and Hi Speed WiFi

Excellent! Hope to return with family or friends.

Felt very safe. Place was very clean and well equipped! We were so comfortable as was our little dog when we left him a couple of times to go to dinner. Nice to have it all fenced in and not have him leashed constantly. We kayaked by a manatee right in this canal! The porch is perfect! Internet and streaming was great. We really did not want to leave! Thank you for a lovely time!!

Very Comfortable and well equipped

We had a great time, the home was well equipped and very comfortable and clean. Despite .two solid days of rain we were still able to get in two days of kayaking and didn't have to worry about bringing our own boats. The covered screen porch just added to the space we had and was a joy on those rainy days and great to enjoy our morning coffee. The separate unit makes it ideal for two couples' and the second bed room is great for a small family. Steve and Tania were very quick and cordial with all communications and a joy to work with. We will book this home again in the future. .
