Amazing Spring Break

Wow is all we can say. We had an amazing time staying on the weeki wachee river! This home has everything you need! Fully stocked with all your needs. The kids loved getting out on the water every day and seeing all the manatees! We couldn’t have asked for better host and a better location! We will definitely be returning!

They thought of everything!

This house was perfect! The owners thought of every possible detail. The location directly on the river made for the perfect view of the manatees, and the lower screened in area was the perfect outdoor space. The provided kayaks and paddle board was a nice touch. This had such a relaxing vibe, and the first vacation I wasn't ready to leave and be home!

Our Second Time Around!

If you have read all of the positive reviews that have been written here we can assure you they are all true. We stayed here in 2023 for a total of 7 weeks and this year we stayed here for a total of 8 weeks so we know what we are writing about. This home is beautiful inside and out and well maintained. Even the people who were traveling on the river complemented us about the property. Tonya who is one of the owners contacted us a few times just to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and checked to see if we needed anything. This is truly a wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend this property!

Interior is as impressive as the Exterior

We enjoyed this property for 8 nights, and would gladly have stayed longer. The property delivers on the VRBO pictures inside and out. Very comfortable accommodations, well kept property with extensive amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location of this property is outstanding. Great kayaking daily right out the back door. We used the property’s kayaks to explore the entire river and neighborhood canals. Saw manatees daily while kayaking and while enjoying the back porch. The house is comfortable. Kitchen is impressively equipped for cooking and baking. Screened lower level has everything we wanted for maximizing the fun factor of Weeki Wachee. The hosts were immediately responsive to our limited inquiries. They know the property well and are clearly interested in helping guests enjoy their stay. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with easy to use entertainment equipment - big screen TVs, DVD players, etc. Hosts provided clear instructions on use of house and equipment - as well as a large notebook of local resources for entertainment. Great restaurant, Upper Deck, located a few doors away. This property is impressive and Weeki Wachee has plenty to see and explore. While spending time on the back deck we had many passing kayakers say “We love your house!”. We loved it too and hope to return someday.
