Beautiful and brand new apartment in a completely renovated building called IL CIGNO, with concierge and lift, in the immediate vicinity of Porta Venezia with its magnificent park, and Piazza San Babila

On the second floor, very bright apartment consisting of a large room with a large television, a comfortable corner sofa and access to a beautiful and long equipped terrace.

All spaces in the house give access to the terrace

The entrance leads to the laundry area on the right, while the kitchen is on the left

The corridor leads to the bedroom with double bed, bedside table and large walk-in closet

Very spacious bathroom with shower.

We LOVED this spacious, beautiful apartment which had a large balcony. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Our host was very communicative and helpful. Great location. Lovely neighborhood. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful stay in great neighborhood

It was a wonderful experience from booking to checkout. The flat is exactly as listed and is in a gorgeous building in a great, central neighborhood. The owner is wonderful and communicative and I found the price was quite reasonable given all of the above. There are a few very small things that need a bit of attention (like the main window blind was broken and the couch was a bit dirty) but honestly I am just picky. It was a great place. Thank you!

Positives: The security, location (transit, grocery) and shower for this apartment are really good. Communication with Silvio was great. But the apartment needs a deep clean and total refresh - dying plants, broken drawers, stained rug and sofa are all kinda sad feng shui.

great stay.

what a great home! the building is new and the apartment is well-designed and perfectly furnished. the outdoor space is nice to have for quiet mornings and evenings. we usually stay in brera/san marco neighborhoods. this was a wonderful surprise. the area is beautiful, clean, and not overrun with tourists or traffic. there are restaurants and groceries nearby. while we were there the AC in the building was not working. the property manager was fantastic and very quick to assist in resolving the issue. he was in constant contact with the building maintenance staff and did everything he could to make us comfortable – even offering to buy a fan for our last day. in the end, we decided it would be best to find another place for our last night which they were kind enough to refund, given the circumstances. i will definitely stay here again, next time i am in milano.

Les points forts: communications avec le gestionnaire de l’établissement, le processus d’accueil et la gentillesse du Ruggero, idéalement situé, à distance de marche de 90% des points d’intérêt, le tram passe devant, le métro est à quelques minutes, de nombreux commerces pour s’approvisionner et des resto vraiment super tout autour. L’immeuble est beau, bien entretenu et sécuritaire. Facile de s’y rendre de la gare centrale, en taxi ou via le tram 9 sans aucun transfert. Le patio extérieur est énorme et convivial, si vous n’êtes pas effrayé par les bruits de la ville Les points à améliorer: l’appartement est vieillissant, un rafraîchissement serait une super idée, peinture, tapis, meuble de salon. il est très bien équipé mais certain Items de cuisine pourraient être rajeunis, par exemple les poilons. Il serait bon de voir avec les responsable du ménage si ils peuvent améliorer leur travail, la propretés pourrait être améliorée, notamment le filtre du lave vaisselle était plein, donc le lavage de la vaisselle est inefficace. Il y a des signes d’humidité assez important du côté de la salle de bain, un ventilateur serait un bel ajout.Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour et il est parfait pour visiter Milan.
