The Granary is situated at Todd’s House Farm on the outskirts of the historic small town of Sedgefield. The cottage can accommodate four guests with a spacious king bedroom and bunk beds.

You can see the church spire, in Sedgefield, from the top of the Granary steps leading into your private garden. The Granary really is a home-from-home with every comfort you could need. Situated on a quiet lane, the accommodation is within walking distance of Sedgefield with a pretty village green at its centre, it boasts an excellent choice of pubs, restaurants, tea rooms, and independent shops. Enjoy a walk nearby around the picturesque Hardwick Park. Conveniently located just minutes from the A1, Sedgefield links up with a host of local attractions. The city of Durham is a short drive away.
A World Heritage Site, with a magnificent cathedral and castle and an array of medieval architecture, Durham has winding cobbled streets, unique shops, pubs, and restaurants. A little further afield, yet still, a short drive, a day out at Beamish Museum is a must for all. Nearby Sedgefield Races are a regular feature on the local calendar and take place all year round. Driving south, the beautiful historic market town of Richmond and its riverside walks and a little further the stunning Yorkshire Dales. Head north and visit Alnwick, with its famous castle used in the Harry Potter films, or the Heritage Coast, peppered with castles and golden beaches. York, with its beautiful minster, can be reached within just an hour.
