As you step into this enchanting residence, you're greeted by soaring ceilings and an abundance of natural light that cascades through the expansive windows, bathing the space in a warm and inviting glow. It's a 110 m² duplex and offers convenient access to all major attractions, shops and restaurants. It's on the 3rd floor accessed only by stairs. It accommodates up to 6 people.



It has 1 fully equipped bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and a coffee machine.



It has access to cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and an iron. The building has a washing machine available for all guests to use.



You will have access to the entire apartment and amenities, without any restrictions and on an exclusive basis.



We have a "Welcome Center" at Rua do Loureiro nº134, where we check-in and check-out. You can also leave your luggage there and learn more about our transfer services, cruise, wine tasting, guided tours, and more. We provide conditions of comfort and safety!
