You will stay in a modern apartment, completely renovated in June 2023, with all kinds of amenities designed for your comfort. You will be in the only pedestrian street of Calpe, a street of low houses, quiet, with orange and palm trees. A privileged, unique and authentic place. Where you can walk down to the beach, enjoy the old town, restaurants and stores. You will also have at your disposal a guarded public parking and 600mb fiber internet.
Everything has been thought for your comfort. Around its relaxing courtyard, you will find the dining room and the living room. Both with 55" smart tv and fiber optic internet connection throughout the house.
The open design kitchen is fully equipped.
For your rest, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. The master bedroom has a double bed of 160 and the other with 2 beds of 90. Windows with soundproofing so that nothing bothers you.
And for hot days, you have air conditioning in all rooms.
