Villa Pontina is located in Sezze Romano, in the province Latina in Lazio and offers a unique blend of multiple worlds. The entire villa has been renovated and restored from top to bottom and features a total of 4 bedrooms, two on each of the upper floors and one bathroom per floor. In addition, there are two memory foam beds available for extra guests, increasing the number of sleeping places to 10.

The terrace beyond the French doors of the living room offers a dining area with views of the large pool and the village Sezze along with the coastline in the distance.
