Cute cozy little cottage

I love the fireplace that is included, makes a winter time booking so cozy. The location is also perfect to explore the old town.

Jess is a wonderful guest, who treated our property as if it were her own. Jess I love what you said about our fireplace: "makes a winter time booking so cozy." That is so true! A fireplace is SUCH an ESSENTIAL of the late-fall, leaves-are-falling, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and wintertime spirit. That cuddly feeling. That warmth, that coziness... The all-enveloping sense of 'being there' in 19th-Century Ocean Grove. Thank you for this reminder! We are very grateful to you, Jess. Let's do that again real soon - ! = Catherine and Scott

Cozy spot but definitely needs some TLC to make it worth your spend. The sofa bed is not a queen and we struggled sleeping. Better sleeping accommodations is needed and better cleaning service. This was a last minute festival booking but I don’t think I would book this spot again. Other than that hosts were super responsive and let us check in early.

Everything I needed

The property had everything I needed to get work done and then head out for a daily surf. It was fun to get to know the owners.

what a shame

The unit is an adorable Studio in a great location. Enough space for 1 or 2. No more. It's a shame it is "furnished" so cheaply. The daybed is long enough if you are 5' 3". The convertible "couch" is old, cheesy, small and difficult to open. The refrigerator was hotel size(2'+). Would not recommend. No apparent effort by owners to offer a pleasant living experience

Enjoyed my stay!

Had a wonderful time at “The Cupcake House”. So convenient to the beach and shops on Main Street. House had everything I needed for a week’s stay. Owners were very nice and really care about their guests! Will rent again next year.
