Spacious apartment that's a very walkable distance for anything you might want to see in Reykjavik. Would absolutely give it 5 stars, it's just a small note about the laundry. Apparently you need to schedule laundry ahead of time, but you aren't notified about that until check in instructions and that doesn't seem to be enough time. Unfortunately we specifically got this place so we could do laundry, so we had to do an emergency wash in the sink. If you do need laundry, i'd suggest noting it when you first book the place.
The property owner was an excellent communicator and gave us great instructions on how to use the space and access everything. The outdoor space attached to the apartment (that we were looking forward to using) was virtually not usable and needs to be cleaned out but the apartment itself was good for a family of four.
Overall, we were very satisfied! It is an excellent location in a very nice neighborhood in downtown Reykjavík.
