GEORGIAN TOWNHOUSE APARTMENT: LARGE ONE BEDROOM WITH PARKING IN CENTRAL WHITBY
We have a beautiful large one bedroom second floor apartment only a short walk to the town centre (5 mins). The apartment has been fully redecorated with a traditional theme, warm and homely! Perfect for a romantic break or family holiday. We are a premier host and have two properties on crescent avenue both 5 star reviews and classed exceptional!
The second floor apartment is in a Georgian grade 2 listed building so has beautiful large sash windows with lots of light and views over the front garden and pannett park to the side. one parking space which is suitable for a small/medium sized car.
Note: Please do not book this apartment if you have mobility issues due to the stairs and location.

Our beautiful one bedroom second floor apartment on Bagdale includes:
Bedroom with King size bed, draws, dressing table with large mirror and iHairdryer. Single chair which converts into single bed with topper if you have a younger child with you.
Bathroom: with full size bath and cubicle electric shower, sink and toilet. Radiator.
Kitchen / lounge:
Kitchen with undercounter fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric hob and oven with grill. All the usual kitchen utensils. Table and 4 chairs. Radio, Iron/table top iron board. Desk, monitor and spot light.
Lounge includes large two seater sofa(which converts into a double sofa bed with mattress/foam topper/feather topper). Second large two seater and large footstool.
Small otterman with bedding. Tv with dvd player and dvds. USB socket for device charging.
cards/games/dvds available.
Hallway: with bench and coat rack.
We provide:
2 Tea towels (min)
2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, 1 bath mat
2 toilet rolls(min).
We do not provide:
Wifi
smart phone plugs
Parking:
We have one parking space which is a tight reverse due to the position at the end so suitable for small/medium size cars eg/ Hyundai i20/vw polo
If you have a larger car the closest large carpark is West Cliff which is off crescent avenue and charges £10.80 per day. Free Dec to Feb. On street parking further afield.
Full apartment instructions and key code information and video are sent directly via email 48 hours before your stay. General information regarding Whitby/restaurants etc can be found in the apartment.
One set of keys collected at the property entrance via a Key box. Keys to be deposited back into the Key box on check out. Lost keys are chargeable @ £10
There are 5 apartments in the building and only 3 owners holiday let so you shouldn't have any disturbance however we do ask guests to keep noise levels to a normal level to respect the private homes.

Whitby itself is situated on the North Yorkshire Heritage Coast and is the perfect place to discover quaint fishing villages such as Staithes and Robin Hood's Bay clinging to the steep cliffs to the north and south.

Getting Around:
Whitby train station is just a short 10-minute walk away so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm
