Located 350 metres from Lake Idro, this recently built, quiet 35-square-meter studio apartment is part of a small complex. Free parking is always available right in front of the house. Two sofa beds plus a loft. Bathroom with shower. A pedestrian path (see photo) leads to the small historic centre of Lemprato in 3 minutes, and in another 3 minutes you’re at the lake. The countryside surrounds the small complex. Just 300 metres away is the Paul Valley, featuring an old brick kiln and a wetland area. A 10-minute walk takes you to the panoramic “Castello” plateau. In front of the house are the mountains separating it from Valvestino, with Capovalle just a 15-minute drive away. Excellent for cycling or mountain biking.
