Très bien

Logement tout confort avec terrasse et piscine privée. On s'y sent bien, comme à la maison. Seul bémol : pas de climatisation. En plein été, il fait 30 degrés dans l'appartement avec seulement un ventilateur ! Secteur tranquille avec place de stationnement privé et sécurisé. Dommage qu'on entende la circulation de la ville en bas. VoiSinon tout est parfait

About the air conditioning is not there, it is not in the ad, you could have asked for fans and, as can be seen from the map, the flat is not isolated but is located in a residential area typical of liguria.
