Very nice apartment located in the heights of Roses.
It consists of a bright living-dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a 180cm double bed, the other with bunk beds), a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with a magnificent panoramic view of the bay of Roses.
This apartment, modern and tastefully decorated, offers all the necessary comfort for your holidays: WIFI (ADSL), reversible air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The residence has a community car park (no private space).
Located in a quiet street, only 1km from the city center and the beach (15 min walk), this apartment is ideal for a couple or family vacation.
