We offer the Best at Destin West. This newly renovated condo offers you an opportunity to have the most memorable vacation you may ever experience. It is Okaloosa Island's most unique resort. Located on the fifth floor it has a super view of the emerald waters of the Gulf of America and the beautiful pool. We offer Complimentary Beach Service with our condo, including 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella. **This service is available March 1-Oct. 31, 2023

The balcony area is just perfect for the morning cup of coffee and relaxation. A dip in the pool is there for your morning swim or maybe a brisk walk on the beach. For your extra pleasure take a walk across our connecting walk-over where you can spend lazy time on the 7000 sq ft. 'lazy river lagoon' complete with inner tubes, heated waterfall pool and hot tubs.

There are Bar B Que grills located on the first floor for grilling your fresh seafood or tasty steaks. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf of America.

The decor is Coastal Casual with an elegant flair. New pictures to follow. This is by far the nicest unit at Destin West.

Try this one time and you will want to return for the five miles of undisturbed dunes, memorable sunsets and the family feeling you will encounter. This is Paradise at its best at Destin West.

Relaxing

We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings. I love the fitness center at the complex. I love the convenience of the location. I love the close proximity and view of the beach. Great location and great property.

Awesome Time!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The whole place was clean and well kept! We enjoyed the complimentary beach chair also! Can’t think of one thing to complain about except we wish we would’ve booked a longer stay! We will be returning soon!

Love this Condo!

This place was beautiful. We are seasoned beach goers around Fort Walton and have stayed at numerous condos. This is by far the best looking condo we’ve stayed at. The decor was fabulous, the pools stay open late, the beach chair and umbrella was perfect. The bunk beds are tucked away just off the hallway perfect for our older children. Also, they had a box fan for those that need that noise. This was perfect we would stay again for sure!!

Spectacular veiws

Breathtaking views beautiful pools and the lazy river is alot of fun. Conveniently located to everything you want to do. My family likes to fish so access to bay and pier were just the icing on the cake .

Great First Time Visit

This condo was perfect! The view was amazing and my family really enjoyed our stay. The access to the beach and the umbrella and chair service was so convenient and made enjoying the beach a pleasant experience! Will most definitely book again. The host was prompt with her response to my question and very friendly! Overall ver loved it!

Relaxing stay with a beautiful view

We enjoyed staying at this property which had a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo even came with little mini bottles of shampoo. There is so much to do at this resort from the beach to the lazy river. The only negative thing is that the baseboards need to be cleaned. The bunk beds were a little small for my teens but we made it work. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would recommend this condo.

Very nice condominium .

The condominium we rented was very nice. Located on the fifth floor, we had a fabulous view of the gulf and beach. Several restaurants were in walking distance, which made things quite convenient. Staci was wonderful.

Great place for a family

Pictures were true to the property. Surface cleaning was good but deep cleaning such as baseboards, under the beds, around the mattresses of the bunk beds are in need of attention. The property was great - beach and pools were great for families. A few things that would be helpful for future guests: there is no hair dryer and they supply one dish washer soap so add that to your packing / shopping list.

Overall pleasant

Our six night stay was pleasant. We thought the bunk bed area was a little too small and not exactly what we were expecting as a second bedroom. There was minimal closet space but we appreciated the bins and other storage options provided. The balcony was nice with the high chairs and beach chairs. None of the TVs had instructions and that was a little frustrating because we couldn’t get the living room tv to operate DVDs we rented on days it rained and we tried everything! The living room TV has a constant static-looking line down the middle which was annoying. We had to call maintenance twice. Once to help us lock the patio door. The issue was user-error as we did not realize there was a second sliding door that was stuck and not meeting the sliding door with the lock. The second call to maintenance was because there were no batteries in one of the remotes when we went to use it. The main bedroom TV turned on but did not show channels so that was disappointing. We were surprised to find there were no kitchen dish towels and only saw one dish cloth. There were only small bars of soap in the kitchen and bathrooms and we ended up buying liquid dish soap and hand soap for each bathroom. There may have been more toilet paper somewhere but one bathroom ran out and we had to purchase additional tissue. The refrigerator was great and held a lot and the kitchen table was nice to eat meals. The laundry option in the unit was super helpful and appreciated. From a cleanliness perspective, we were disappointed in the small things...For example, the corners of the baseboard in the main bathroom were FILTHY. I took photos of a few areas that were untouched for what appears like several weeks. There were several walls that looks like they needed updated paint (I.e., marks) and the back sliding door handle was full of chipped paint. All of the pools were AMAZING and the ocean view was wonderful. We loved the beach service that was included and it seemed like we were on a private beach at times. Access to the building was great. Upon arrival, we were unsure if we had to go to the office to check in or go straight to our unit so that was a little confusing. We also were unsure what level to park on when we arrived but once we figured that out, we were good and really liked how close the unit was to the parking garage. The overall look of the building was ok but a lot of rust on railings made it seem less desirable. We were disappointed in that.
