A barrel BBQ is available and all the guests can be seated around the large outdoor dining table.
The kids will be kept entertained in the shady side of the garden by a climbing frame with swings and a slide, as well as a paddling pool, water slide and some outside games, which guests are free to set up. Please note that this is a well-loved holiday home with exceptional attention to detail and quality in fixtures, furnishings and fittings. Whilst they want you to have a memorable stay it is not a party house. Please be considerate and do not put bunting, balloons etc. up which will damage the walls, or scatter glitter etc. around the house and garden.
The house is not pet-friendly, however, the owners may allow a small/medium well-behaved dog to stay on the basis that it would not be allowed upstairs, on furniture and any mess in the garden would be cleaned up. If you can tick all these boxes feel free to ask.

Tastefully furnished and well equipped. Great Suffolk village experience.
Tasteful, comfortable and well equipped. Local pub is brilliant for good beer wine and food. Area has many attractions, we tasted Woodbridge and Framingham this time. Bed linen gorgeous, village / church / history interesting and friendly.
This house is so beautifully appointed and well designed! We stayed with a group of 7 women for a restful vacation and this house suited us so perfectly! The kitchen was well equipped for serving dinner outside in the garden. We enjoyed the surrounding countryside and took day trips to Southwold and Framlingham. Friday Street Market was wonderful for local and fresh food. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and would love to return someday! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
First of all, the owner was so helpful and communicative ! And I had a few questions and requests beforehand and they were fantastic throughout!
Secondly, this place has everything ! I hosted a dinner party for 8 friends and the kitchen is SO wonderfully stocked to host a lot of people, there are so many spacious rooms that a big group won’t feel crowded, the area is quiet and beautiful with a local pub a stones throw away, lovely walks
And thirdly - THE DECOR is gorgeous !
Thank you for an amazing stay ! We hope to be back next year :)
