First we were surprised by the location because the location noted on Vrbo is NOT the location of the apartment. The apartment is on a very busy street n noisey. Clubs around where music was loud late at night. I have been going to Medellín for the past 4yrs 3xs a year due to my work. If I would had know the exact location I would had never rented this unit. WiFi was horrible so not for someone that needs to work from home. TVs did not work. Lights flickering. Beds very hard mattresses NOT COMFORTABLE, had to go see a Chiropractor. Reported these issue n they were never fixed. So I don’t recommend if you are going for business not good. The apartment was nice looking but that’s about it. Very disappointing

María, lástima que hayas tenido una estancia de esa magnitud como lo expresas en la reseña, como se evidencia en el chat estuve escribiéndote por varios días para que la compañía encargada de la TV y el wifi fueran a arreglar los daños y jamás recibí una respuesta de tu parte para que nos dejaras ingresar al apartamento y hacer los posibles arreglos, aparte te expresé que la inconsistencia del wifi se debía a un daño en todo el sector, situación que se nos sale de las mano como anfitriones ya que es una falla en todo el sector lo que si gestione como expreso anteriormente fue una visita por parte de la compañía y reitero jamás recibí respuesta de parte tuya. Como lo dice en la descripción del alojamiento “cerca a restaurantes, bares, supermercados entre otras cosas” así que si leías la descripción antes de reservarlo podías ver que el alojamiento estaba situado en una zona céntrica y Rosa del poblado. Teniendo estos puntos en cuenta jamás se te negó una ayuda a esas fallas o se te vendió una falsa publicidad sobre el alojamiento.
