Enjoy our condo in lovely Poipu with vast ocean views from the lanai and Master Bedroom. You will hear the ocean, see the ocean (and the whales in season) and be mesmerized by the ocean and the sea life. Sunset Kahili is the highest condo in the area. Our resort is on the ocean side of Pee Road, the views from every room are non-stop ocean and both ocean and mountain views from the kitchen. Clean tile floors are throughout the entire home with attractive wainscoting and furnishings. Luckily, the complex has an elevator, a nice maintained pool also with an ocean view), bbq area (also with an ocean view!) and you have your own assigned parking space.

Enjoying the sights and sounds from the lanai are blue water dreams come true. This condo is on the west side of the building which gives you access to ocean sunsets. Free wireless internet (works great by the way) is at your disposal. The location on a hill combined with the fifth floor setting not only gives you wonderful views but also allows the cooling trade winds easy access. Central to all of Poipu, this condo will be your leisure home for your entire stay.

Older building but well-equipped condo with fabulous view! Appreciated the non-bamboo furniture which isn't comfortable-instead, a power recliner, nice couch and even an adjustable bed. Cookware in good condition. Swimming pool cleaned daily. Dedicated numbered parking-no hunting for a spot! And just a short walk to the beach. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was top notch with this condo. Sunset views were fantastic. If I had to say anything negative, it would be there was no air conditioning. We had one night it was a little stuffy in the condo because of a hurricane blowing to the north a ways off, which made the wind shift instead of blowing in and keeping the condo cool, but that is Mother Nature's fault...not the Owner's. It was a pleasure staying there!

We loved Denise’s condo. The location was amazing (walking distance to the beach) and the sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep every night. The unit was super clean, well equipped and the king bed was extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this rental and hope to stay here again sometime.

Hello! We are Gary and Denise Lopez from Bend, OR. We have two grown daughters who are working in their careers as school counselor and physical therapy. Gary is a retired fire fighter and Denise is a retired educator. We enjoy sharing our condo with others and are available to help you plan a vacation of a lifetime in Kauai.

Why they chose this property

We have been going to Kauai since early in our marriage in 1990. We enjoy many parts of the island but Poipu has been our favorite place to visit in Hawaii for the past few years. We love the relaxed and safe feeling when we are there. The people are very friendly whether they are local folks or visiting tourists. We fell in love with our condo on our last visit in Spring of 2017. We hope you will enjoy our home by the sea as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

We really enjoy just walking along the coast and seeing the sea life or scoping out whales and turtles from the lanai with binoculars. We have hiked, biked and snorkeled several places on the island. We have also enjoyed kayaking too. Whatever activity you enjoy or would like to try, I'm sure you can find it on Kauai. But relaxing by the pool or on the beach also makes for pleasant days.
