Villa in Spain with Private Pool & Garden

This looks like a dream house! It is luxurious and spacious, child-friendly, you have a lot of privacy and it is quietly located; perfect ingredients for a wonderful holiday! Add to that a large garden, a private swimming pool and a beautiful island and your choice is made. The large garden of 2,000m2 with grass and fruit trees is a paradise for children, as is the separate playroom.

The villa itself is spacious and fully equipped. It is very well cared for and of course you have a lovely terrace with BBQ for the necessary fun in the evenings. You can also rent this villa from 7 to 12 people, then the basement with 2 extra bedrooms will be opened, see ES-35100-30.

The island invites you to tour around and grab a terrace here and there or eat a delicious "menĂș del dĂ­a". Via winding roads you drive through nice villages and beautiful nature, definitely recommended!
You are close to the coast and the beaches are not far either, something for everyone!

Ich war beeindruckt, wie sauber und gut ausgestattet die Villa war. Sie hatte eine einladende AtmosphĂ€re, und der Kamin sorgte an kĂŒhleren Abenden fĂŒr GemĂŒtlichkeit. Wir haben es sehr genossen, die nahegelegenen Parks zu erkunden und durch das Dorf zu schlendern. Es war ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub.

Die Villa war komplett ausgestattet und befand sich in einem guten Zustand. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unserer 5-köpfigen Familie!Beachten Sie, dass der Ort der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe (an einer Shell-Tankstelle) falsch war. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der Villavermietung wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir bei der Villa sein mĂŒssten – die Zufahrt zur Villa ist sehr eng und mit unserem gemieteten GelĂ€ndewagen wurde immer darauf geachtet, nicht gegen den Steinzaun zu stoßen – der Garten in der Villa war mehrfach kaputt Fliesen, also darauf achten, die FĂŒĂŸe nicht zu öffnen - nicht in den Schlafzimmern, aber im Wohnzimmer/KĂŒche waren viele kleine Ameisen, die bis auf die kleinsten KrĂŒmel kamen. Nicht super störend, aber nervig alles fast sofort verstauen zu mĂŒssen. Es gab auch einige Ameisen im Pool. - Der Garten wurde wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes mehrmals bewĂ€ssert/gepflegt, wofĂŒr das Wasser drinnen abgestellt wurde. Dies wurde im Voraus nicht angezeigt, was etwas ĂŒberraschend war, aber durch ein GesprĂ€ch mit den GĂ€rtnern schnell gelöst werden kann - Ingenio selbst ist nicht wirklich touristisch und viele Restaurants waren nur begrenzt geöffnet oder geschlossen. In den umliegenden StĂ€dten gibt es viel zu tun, aber ein Mietwagen ist sicherlich praktisch

We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in Villa Parralito. Het is goed gelegen voor stranduitjes en lokale attracties. De tuin was een toevluchtsoord voor onze kleintjes, terwijl we genoten van wat tijd voor onszelf. De keuken was volledig uitgerust, waardoor koken een fluitje van een cent was. Een goede keuze voor gezinnen.

Villan Àr otroligt rymlig och perfekt för familjer, VÄra barn Àlskade den stora trÀdgÄrden och den privata swimmingpoolen, Det var ett bra sÀtt att koppla av medan de lekte fritt, LÀge Àr lugnt, men tillrÀckligt nÀra för att utforska de vackra omgivande byarna och strÀnderna, Vi njöt sÀrskilt av att Àta pÄ en trevlig plats i nÀrheten som heter La Vicaría, bara en kort bilresa bort, Det fullt utrustade köket gjorde det lÀtt att förbereda mÄltider nÀr vi valde att stanna inne, Sammanfattningsvis, denna villa kÀndes verkligen som ett hem borta frÄn hemmet!
