SALTY DOGS IS A SINGLE-FAMILY BEACH HOUSE. You get the entire house, as it's just one property. Well-appointed house in terrific Holmes Beach location. Private pool & spa, Centrally located, THREE MINUTE WALK to HOLMES BEACH (Top Ten U S Beach), shopping, marina, restaurants, bars, ice cream and more.

This is a terrific three-bedroom, two-and-one-half-bath luxury house with great- room, private pool, spa, privacy fence. You will love the well-appointed kitchen, dining area and living space plus screen porch in back yard. Two bedrooms have decks overlooking pool. Relax, enjoy and bask in the sun.

We provide coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and wagon(s) to enjoy your day at Holmes Beach, Top Ten beach in the U S. All new kitchen appliances. Backyard barbecue grill/griddle for your use.

The Great Room has well-appointed living, dining and kitchen amenities.

Three comfortable bedrooms include the master suite on top floor with deck for morning coffee. Second floor has a queen bedroom with deck,third bedroom is ideal for family with a double queen bunk.

Child friendly and pet friendly; this property is perfect for relaxing at the pool or a day at the beach with towels, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, wagons, floats and more provided. All you need is your suitcase.

Salty Dogs has an all-new gourmet kitchen with LG appliances, granite counters of course. Our house is equipped with an interior elevator and stairs to second and third floor living.

Use the many pool and beach umbrellas, chairs, floats and toys for all day fun.
Salty Dogs has private garage and parking.

Street legal golf carts, scooters, jet skis are available for rent on the island. Sailing fishing and surf horseback riding can also be part of the fun.
Seven day rentals by Holmes Beach Cty ordinance. Discounts for longer stays. Please contact owner for rentals further than three months in the future.

Great time on Anna Marie Island!!

Salty Dogs Is Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Salty Dogs on Anna Maria Island. Gary's house was more than expected, and the short walk to the beach and shopping was perfect. The attention to detail and owner's concern for guests was exceptional. The private pool and spa was perfect. The kitchen was well appointed with new appliances. Everything was very clean and organized for guests. Our trip was exactly what we wanted, and we will definitely be returning to Gary's home. Next time, we will stay longer.

Salty Dogs is the Perfect Spacious Beach House!

Salty Dogs is THE relaxing oasis for everyone! Conveniently located 2 blocks from the beach. Perfect for a quick morning walk or catching sunset! The heated hot tub and pool were wonderful for lounging, and the well-stocked kitchen and appliances made meals/snacks a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed having all of the beach chairs, towels and noodles/floaties available to use too. Close to local retail shops and a delicious coffee spot for breakfast (Fifty Three Fifty). Thank you Salty Dogs! We will be back again!

Wonderful place to stay on Anna Maria Island!

***We would definitely stay here again!*** House was very clean, updated, fresh and welcoming. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. When we had a question about something, Gary, was very easy to get ahold of and prompt with his response. Plenty of space in the bedrooms, kitchen and living room for our entire family. Even though we didn't need the elevator, it would be nice for those who need it. What a great surprise to have beach toys and chairs to enjoy while there!! A good supply of beach and pool towels were available for our use. We were in very close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and to the beach. We have been coming to the island for 10+ years now and will definitely stay at Salty Dogs again.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The Salty Dogs is a wonderful vacation home! It is very close to the beach (3 blocks), the private pool is well maintained, walking distance to some great restaurants and shopping, and a short drive or bike ride to other great aspects of the island! Gary makes sure you are well taken care of when staying at his property. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, and dishes to be able to prepare meals at home, as well as a grill in the back yard. Lots of pool toys and floaties, a wagon to take to the beach with a cooler, chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. He also has 2 beach cruiser bicycles available. Gary is very responsive when you have questions or need help, the home has clean linens and towels, and lots of space for the family to feel comfortable. There is brand new furniture around the pool, great for a pool-side lunch or dinner! And comfortable chairs to sit and watch the kids enjoy some swimming. We consider The Salty Dogs to be our home away from home, and we can't wait to come back next year!

Salty Dogs is a beautiful home, very well appointed, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Salty Dogs is a very nice house in an area close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had a private pool and spa. The great room has a terrific kitchen and living area with comfortable furniture. The three bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The master suite with king bed and bathroom is fabulous. The linens and towels were all new. There were pool and beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, bicycles and equipment for our use. Most things are new, which is really nice. There were many extras like child high chair, Pack n Play in case needed. There is a house elevator for those needing it. We had our own private garage which was nice. Communication by the owners was excellent, everything was easy. The owners gave us lots of suggestions for dining and local activities. The house is close to everything. We plan to return next year.

We loved the layout of this house and pool - and it is as promised with highe-end finishes and beautiful beach decor. We plan to stay again the next tome we are so lucky to get down to Anna Maria Island.

Why they chose this property

The home we call Salty Dogs is a single-family house just off the beach with three bedrooms, private pool and close proximity (one to two blocks) to shops, restaurants, activities and of course, the beach. Disneyworld & Busch Gardens are a nice day trip. Our house is very accommodating and new with many amenities. We have new kitchen appliances. Cleaning and linen service is included. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon are provided for the beach and pool.

What makes this property unique

Salty Dogs is close to many activities; motor scooters, golf carts, jet skis, surf horseback riding, deep sea fishing, sail boats, motor boats, paddle boarding, kayaks, beach combing, shell hunting, shopping, and experiencing numerous restaurants are all part of the daily routines. We Simply Love Anna Maria Island (AMI), came here in 2012 for a wedding and have made it our second home. . Life on the Island is terrific!!
