Much care was taken to choose beautiful modern furnishings (Room and Board, Design Within Reach, Restoration Hardware, etc) to highlight the bright and airy space. Fully equipped child-friendly family home (outdoor swing set, high chairs, full crib, travel crib, toys, play mat, removable pool fence) or can be left without toys for an adult retreat! 6 burner Weber grill on the back deck. Comfortable dining seating for 8 inside and outside. 6 chaise lounges, an outdoor sofa and chair and plenty of shade is set up on the deck to enjoy outdoor Hamptons living. 3 bicycles are left for your use, one with a child seat installed (helmets also available). Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are also provided.

Smart TV, smart thermostats, wifi, keyless entry, wireless speakers. Chef's kitchen including Calphalon pots and pans and Williams Sonoma dinnerware. Everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself!

Remsenburg is a beautiful quaint hamlet of Westhampton. Our home is situated on a cul de sac, a 10 minute walk to a shopping center with a great bagel place, pizza place, wine shop, Asian restaurant and a trendy bar/restaurant. 10 minute drive to Westhampton town, 12 minute drive to Westhampton beaches.

LIRR Speonk train station is less than a mile away, a short walk or a 3 minute drive. Hampton Jitney stop is 10 minutes away.

We've been hesitant to rent out our family vacation home but trust that you'll take great care of it and love it as much as we do.

Grey bedroom: Queen bed (shared bathroom with shower)
Tan bedroom: Queen bed (shared bathroom with shower)
White bedroom: Full bed and full crib, ensuite bathroom with bathtub
Living room: U shaped sectional with pull out bed
Den: Pull out sofa bed

Pool is open between mid-May-late September, depending on weather.
