Magnificent Views from this 10th Floor Paradise at Ocean Vistas Unit 1007

Luxurious 3 bedroom 3.5 bath 10th floor unit in Ocean Vistas, one of a select few premiere condominiums in the Daytona Beach Shores Area. 2848 square feet (SF) climate controlled and a total of 3500 SF including the two separate balconies overlooking the ocean and the Intra-coastal Waterway (ICW) respectively. Each bedroom is served by a full private bathroom, ceiling fan, 32 inch flat screen TV, large walk in closet and each has an ocean or Intracoastal waterway view. The unit sleeps 8 people. Two king bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two portable full sized twin beds (not foldaway beds). A gourmet kitchen with central island is fully equipped. Spacious and comfortable living and dining areas have a 40 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The laundry room is ample sized and fully functional to include washer, dryer, counter and sink. The oceanfront lanai is large (480 SF) and private (not like a birdcage perch). It includes outdoor dining table and chairs, leisure chairs, ceiling fans and a two burner Jenn Aire electric grill, WIFI and cable TV cover the entire unit. Bring your cell phones as the landline was rarely used and has been discontinued. NO PETS ALLOWED.


ABOUT THE OCEAN VISTAS:

Dubbed The "Crown Jewel" of Daytona Beach Shores, upon arrival at this Premier building you will be personally checked in and given a tour of this gorgeous property. The building includes 108 graciously sized, two- and three-bedroom units on 400 feet of beachfront! Units rage from 2097 sq. ft -3005 sq. ft. All units feature oversized wrap around balconies with glass view rails and built in Jenn Air outdoor kitchen grills. Gourmet kitchens, with top of the line GE appliances, electric fireplaces, luxurious master baths and so much more! Building amenities include Heated oceanfront pool, 6-person hot tub, spacious sun decks, fire pit, and fitness center with sauna, changing rooms and showers and a business center with password protected computer access overlooking patio terrace. There are 4 semi private elevators in the building which can take you directly to your unit door. There is secured entrance to the building as well as secured gated underground parking. The property is centrally located and close to everything including Ocean Walk Shoppes, Publix, Winn Dixie, and movie theaters. Ocean Vistas is a weekly rental building.

Awesome condo with beautiful view!

We spent our Spring Breaks there in Daytona Beach at a place just down the road from Ocean Vistas from 2010 through 2016. This is the first time we’ve come for the week between Christmas and NYE. This condo was perfect for a family of 5 adults and a dog; very spacious with all the necessary amenities. We truly enjoyed the oceanfront balcony watching the sunrise and eating/playing cards on the large table. The other balcony off of the other 2 bedrooms provided a sunset view as well. Heated pool was awesome especially on the chilly days. Only suggestion would be is provide more eating utensils; we’d run out quickly and there wasn’t a wine/bottle opener so we bought one and left it. Mary was awesome! Her flight was canceled, but she called and text us several times before our arrival, during our stay and after we checked out to make sure all was going good for us. Luckily the building was right next to a beach access road because the piers at the condo were closed due to the recent hurricane damage. No fault of the facility. I feel bad for many other places around Ocean Vistas because of property damage. All our favorite waterfront restaurants were open and it was fun seeing how Daytona Beach closed off Main St for NYE with bands, food trucks, other entertainment and fireworks. Not sure when we will get back to Daytona Beach, but if we do, we would definitely rent this condo again.

Wonderful unit, rude staff!! Stay somewhere else!!

The unit, cleanliness and check in was great! Mary was great!! If you want to enjoy yourself and like rude property managers it’s the place for you!! Don’t go barefooted, don’t throw or toss a ball, don’t enjoy the wet areas pool hot tub or fire pit after dark, the security live there they are hateful they hate weekly renters, animals are to be on a leash unless you are the president of the HOA then they just roam free in the lobby. They can’t tell glass from plastic! They yell at kids, correct little kids not the parents…….. Cruella de Ville as the pool people were calling her was horrible…….never in 40 years of going to Daytona have been treated so poorly …..never again!! I’ll find a new place to stay! And they don’t like being told of their deficiencies like leaving the gates propped open with cones with no security around and taping the doors with masking tape so anyone could enter, although you suppose to use an electronic fob to enter the buildings.

Great Condo - better than advertised

We had a great experience. The condo and the building were both very nice, better than the pictures. Great location and directly ocean front. The management company was great to work with and made it seamless. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great location. Beautiful view.

We had a wonderful time. Kitchen had everything you would need. We were very unhappy that the outside grill did not work. That was one of the reasons we booked. I suggest if you book this unit you bring your own beach towels. What they supply are few and worn. Other than the grill and towels everything was wonderful. Between the view and the sound of the ocean it was so relaxing. Mary was very helpful before and during check in.

Great place

This is a nice unit, however there were some things needing attention. The outside grill only had one working side and the other had a part missing from the grate. There weren’t enough towels and especially kitchen towels-we couldn’t even find one. The appliances in the kitchen seemed slow and made lots of noises. Those things can be overlooked and overall it’s a great place to stay.

Beautiful condo

It was truck week so we were subjected to loud trucks, terrible traffic and truckers standing on the beach and on the road sides urinating in full view of all. If we had known we would definitely not gone to Daytona. Sadly we will never go back even though the condo was beautiful and very well stocked.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was very nice & BIG! We did have 3 things the owner needs to know about 1. The microwave makes a terrible noise. 2. The carpet in master bedroom is very dirty. 3. The rug in LR needs a non-slip pad under it. It almost tripped 2 of us by bunching up under our feet. A $20 fix from Home Depot or Lowe's.. 0verall we loved the place. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Condo very convenient to the beach.

Having to deal with inlaws and teenagers, this condo was a good fit for everyone. Loved the underground parking that led right to the elevator (for inlaws). Loved the pool and beach access for the teens. The condo is very spacious. We were able to not be on top of each other which is a huge plus.

4th of July Daytona Beach

The condo was great! The beach was clean! The check in time with mandatory tour was difficult to arrange when traveling a long distance and a holiday. Overall we had a great family vacation!!
