The apartment is perfectly equipped for your trip to London. Perfect to accommodate 6 people in comfort and luxury, ideal for families and couples, it is located on the basement floor of a prestigious building with elevator and reception.

Arranged on two levels at the entrance we find a bright open-plan living room/kitchen, elegantly furnished with a sofa bed for two, a 55-inch 4K UHD Smart TV with internet and app access, and an elegant dining table for your dinner.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator-freezer, microwave and oven, electric kettle, toaster and knife set, dishwasher, and Nespresso Vertuo. All kitchen equipment is provided, from pots and pans to cutlery and utensils.

The lower level leads to the sleeping area with two bedrooms boasting sumptuous double beds, and two beautiful bathrooms complete with shower and sink and equipped with towels and other essentials, such as shampoo and a bottle of hand cleaner and rolls of toilet paper. (One of the bathrooms is ensuite)

All rooms have closets, drawers, and a unique patio that gives brightness to the entire room.

The apartment is equipped with heating/air conditioning and super fast WIFI, Washer/dryer.

Access
You will be welcomed at the reception of the building, make sure to acknowledge the following requirements:

- You have completed the online check in and digitally signed (clear name and surname) the rental contract. Mandatory fields cannot be left blank.
- Have a valid photo ID of all the occupants (passports), in particular the cardholder name must match the name on the ID
- A security deposit is required.
- Check in hours are between 3pm and 8pm from Monday to Friday
- Check in hours are between 3pm and 8pm on Saturday and Sunday at a cost of £10

Late check-in is between 20:00 and 22:00 at a cost of £30.
NOTE: Late check-in is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Appartamento ubicato in zona centrale a due passi da Oxford street ,zona ben servita da bar, ristoranti e supermercati, il top Waitrose. Appartamento con spazio soggiorno ampio, smart tv, letti comodi, bagni funzionali e grandi. Luminoso ,nonostante non ci sia vista sulla strada ma su di un muraglione. Lucernario nella camera padronale molto bello. Manca qualche utensile e pentole per cucinare. Biancheria da cucina, presine per i manici delle pentole. Prodotti di pulizia per la cucina e per i bagni. Manca una scopa è una paletta per il soggiorno. Nel complesso ottimo appartamento.
