Maison contemporaine vue mer, sauna infrarouge, plages à 2 minutes

Tarifs : vacances d'été 1100 € la semaine (minimum de 15jours) - petites vacances + juin et septembre : 750€ la semaine - reste de l'année 650 € la semaine. Une chambre parentale avec salle de bain équipée d'une douche à l'italienne, un lit de 160cm.
1 chambre avec un lit de 160cm

Possibilité d'un couchage supplémentaire au salon.

Cuisine ouverte équipée.

Sauna infrarouge avec lecteur Bluetooth, usb, luminothérapie.

Pièce de vie de 45m2 incluant la cuisine ouverte.

BBQ au gaz.

Console de jeu Wii avec jeux, chaînes canal plus intégral (canal plus, canal sat, OCS, ciné +, BEIN sports, RMC sports...).

Linge de maison fourni (draps, serviettes, torchons).

Excepté le ménage de fin de séjour laissé au choix de l'occupant (80€), le prix inclue tout, : la consommation électrique, l'eau, le chauffage, l'utilisation du sauna.

Une caution de 300€ est demandée à l’entrée des locaux.

Perfect and relaxing holiday!

Nothing to complain! We've had an amazing and relaxing time with our family (grandparents, parents & kids). Short distance to the sea, very quiet area. Perfect for cycling and trail running. Looking forward coming back!

Gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges Haus, ruhig und erholsam, in landschaftlich schöner Umgebung mit Steilküste, Kies- und Sandstrand. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der näheren oder weiteren Umgebung, für die teils steilen Wege des nahen GR 34 muß man aber gut zu Fuß sein.Insgesamt aber absolut zu empfehlen!

Fijne ruime woning met alles erop en eraan. De verlichting kan beter in de woonkamer. Gelijkvloers slapen en douche was erg prettig. De toiletten zijn wat laag voor lange mensen. Grote tuin met prima zitje en bbq.

Perfektes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Dieses Haus ist der passende Ort, um zahlreiche Ausflüge im Bereich Paimpol und der Rosa Granitküste zu unternehmen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat wunderbar funktioniert.

schöne Zeit in der Bretagne

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung war vollzählig und im gutem Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allein der Garten hinterm Haus war etwas trostlos. Dabei blühen in der Umgebung die schönsten Allium und Hortensia.

Plouezec ist ein beschaulicher Ort mit einer wunderschönen Küste und tollen Badebuchten.

M. Moquiere ist ein sehr freundlicher und offener Vermieter. Das Haus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen.,Wir haben es mit 5 Erwachsenen bewohnt und hatten genügend Platz und gerne auch die Terrasse mit Grill genutzt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Highlight war die Wärmekabine. Zu Fuß ist das Meer in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es ist auch guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren an der Küste. In wenigen Autominuten sind nette Städtchen mit Märkten etc. zu erreichen. Selten hat uns ein Ferienhaus und seine Lage so positiv überrascht.

Maison parfaite et calme la nuit

Superbe maison calme et bien équipées. Pour visiter le bord de la côte vous pouvez partir de la maison à pieds.Attention pour les courses au Villages il est nécessaire de prendre son véhicule. Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines. Le propriétaire est à votre écoute. Vous pouvez louer cette maison les yeux fermés.

Geräumiges Haus mit Extras

In dem geräumigen Haus gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche, eine Sauna und einen herrlichen Blick vom Obergeschoss aufs Meer! Unser Schlafzimmer war ebenfalls geräumig und mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Plouezec genossen! Lediglich die fast überall fehlenden Lampen (stattdessen nackte, staubige Leuchtmittel) haben uns ein wenig gestört.

Contemporary house, sea view, beach at 800 meters (pebbles) or 2 minutes by car (sandy beach).

Rates required by the owner: summer holidays 950 € per week - small holiday 800 € per week - rest of the year 750 € per week.
To thank the tenants who come back, thank you for your loyalty, I freeze the prices over a period of 4 years for them at the level paid first, even if the price has increased since their first rental.
