Apartment in a two-family villa, close to downtown Florence. Our home is surrounded by a beautiful park which covers the entire hill. The gated entrance opens onto a spacious garden which offers plenty of room for parking. The apartment, which can host up to seven people, is furnished tastefully and comfortably and boasts lots of natural sunlight. The ground floor houses the kitchen, the living room with a double sofa bed and a half bathroom. On the second floor, there are two double rooms: one furnished in traditional Venetian style, complete with a private bath with shower, and another double room, in authentic Tuscan style, complete with double bed plus a Murphy bed. In the hall there is a utility closet with wardrobe, washing machine and iron, and a large bathroom with a tub. In the garden, there is a cottage-style room with a built-in stone kitchen and a barbeque to enjoy fun outdoor dining.
This home offers a magnificent location which allows our guests to enjoy both the beauty of Florence and the peace of the Tuscan countryside.
Located in the beautiful Marignolle area, 300 meters from a fitness center with pools (Centro Fitness Klab Marignolle), 1 km from the bus stop and 2 km from the tram which goes directly to the main train station in the center of town in about 13 minutes. It\'s close vicinity to major roadways (the Firenze-Siena is 6 km away, the Pisa-Livorno is 4 km away) makes it easy to take day trips to other famous Tuscan cities.

The full Italian experience! The pictures do not do this place justice! Absolutely gorgeous with amazing views of the City of Firenze below. Feels like home away from home.

What a wonderful review, we thank you very much!
You will be always welcome in our homes!
No hot water, no heat downstairs, no wifi,Insect infestation in master bedroom, flying in my face and crawling in the bed. I went downstairs but it was freezing with no heat, I had no sleep. The roads leading to the property were unbelievably narrow. We had no dinner because we couldn’t venture out in the dark on those roads. This fact should have been part of the property description. We left as soon as there was daylight. We would have left as soon as we arrived but were concerned about navigating in the dark. I expect a full refund.

One night, you arrived very late and started calling us at 03:00 in the morning.
I would say that from hell comes not the place, but an unruly and rude guest.
Absolutely not recommended to other hosts.

Beautiful Villa, leaves a bit to be desired
From the listing, this property is perfect in every way- built in the 1500's and updated into a beautiful vacation villa with stunning views of Florence. However, we never received check-in information from the manager, although we were told it was sent. It took over an hour to get in contact with someone while we waited outside in the heat. Once we finally got in, there was nothing that was very welcoming. The two A/C units (located only in the bedrooms) were not on so the house was unbearably hot. The hot tub was barely lukewarm. The table under the grapevines in the garden had chairs turned up and leaves all over. It was like a house that was closed up and left for a while. In the morning when we went to make coffee, the old stovetop only put out gas with no flame. We found two clickers and both were empty. So there we were in a pretty remote place with no coffee and no means to turn on the stovetop. This villa could be so much more with some effort. In fact, it could be perfect, but instead it left so much to be desired.
