This modern holiday home, completed in 2023, features a 113 m² main building and a 38 m² separate annex, all set on a spacious plot just 900 meters from the beach. The main house offers a bright open-plan kitchen and living area with dining and seating spaces designed for family life. Three comfortable bedrooms provide ample sleeping space, and the living area includes a TV with streaming options, including German channels. The separate annex features a cozy lounge area with a TV, a small kitchenette, a wood-burning stove, and a double sofa bed. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a loft space suitable for children, making it an ideal private area for extra guests. Outside, a covered terrace extends along the property, and at one end you will find a hot tub for up to eight people. The hot tub can be heated efficiently with a heat pump during the summer and additionally with firewood for a cozy experience. The entire plot covers approximately 1,500 m², providing plenty of space for outdoor activities, play, and relaxation. With its modern design, separate annex, spacious garden, and proximity to the beach, this holiday home is a perfect choice for families or groups who want to enjoy both comfort and outdoor living in a beautiful setting. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
