Charming Cabin in Downtown Idaho City
This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin is located in the heart of Idaho City. The beautiful home was recently remodeled is located minutes from biking, motorcycling, snowmobiling and cross country ski trails. It is walking distance to downtown Idaho City, the local restaurants and is 5 minutes away from the local hotsprings.
The main floor features an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room area with wood floors and marble counter tops. The bathroom has also been recently remodeled with a small washer and dryer and new glass shower doors and tile floors. A private bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen bed.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom has a quaint log queen bed and log dresser drawers. The spacious third bedroom sleeps four, with a queen log bed and a bunk bed.
There is room to bring motorcycles, bikes, snowmobiles, four wheelers or off-road motor vehicles for guests who love to play with motor-sports. Idaho City is a historic mining town that has become a mecca for all things motor-sports. It boasts plenty of snow in the winter for world class snowmobiling, skiing and snowshoeing with groomed trails maintained by the forest service. In the summer, motorcyclist, four wheelers, bicyclists and offroaders can roam through hundreds of forest trails. Within 5 minutes or less, is the stunning Springs, hot-springs retreat for a gorgeous soak any time of the day.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Closing Instructions:
1. Heating and Cooling
a. Summer: Turn off heater or a/c in the summer.
b. Winter: Turn heater down to lowest setting
c. Upstairs heating/ac units – Turn units off
2. Bedding: Strip sheets and put at foot of the bed or by washing machine
3. Close windows and curtains/blinds
4. Outside Grill: Please turn off gas
5. Lights: Turn off all lights
6. Key: Put key back in Key box – 2,4,8
7. Lock Doors upon leaving.
