About this property

Whole mid-terrace house, 5 mins walk from Falmouth town: newly renovated, bright, warm and cosy 3 bed house, with outside space. Only 15 min walk to beaches (Gylly/Castle). Free Parking on the road outside. Private outside space with decking, lovely sun trap. Loft bedroom is en-suite, with amazing views over town. Two further double beds. Family bathroom with electric shower and bath. Separate downstairs shower room and toilet, utility room for returning from the beach, with washing machine. Full equipped modern, bright kitchen-dinner, with dinning table and dish washer, communal area. Cozy snug with sofas and TV. Set on a small residential road a few minutes from town our road is surprisingly quiet for restful stay. Our house is therefore not suitable for events, large groups or parties. We can only sleep six people maximum.
