The Space:
Spread over four levels, the Frobisher Apartments is perfect for individuals that admire space, luxury and the perfect view. As you enter the door to the property, you are met by stairs that guide you to the kitchen-dining room area, providing guests with space to create culinary masterpieces or to unwrap one from a local cuisine. Coming back to the staircase, guests are met with a bathroom, fitted with a bath that allows guests to unwind after a busy day of exploring. The second level consists of a living area and small room, where evenings can be spent cosying up in front of the television, or using the telescope to investigate the quiet waters out of the bay window. The small room hides a chess games, getting lost in the quests spent with family and friends.
The first bedroom is found on the third level, comprised of twin beds when, on request, can be made up into a king bed for our guests. And for the highlight of the property, hidden in the attic surrounded by arched windows and blue waters, is the double bedroom with an en-suite.
Guest Access:
On arrival to the property, the key lock box is located to the left of the front door, where when opened, guests are met with a foyer to two doors. Straight ahead of you, the door will lead you to your home for your stay. The code for the key safe is given to guests by the team at Creek and Country following the confirmation of your booking.
The Neighborhood:
You will find yourself on a quiet street, only a stone throw away from the bustling town, overlooking the River Fal and the Greenbank Hotel nestled into the landscape. Consider timing your visit to coincide with one of Falmouth’s many vibrant celebrations throughout the year, such as the International Sea Shanty Festival, Falmouth Week, or the Oyster Festival.
Located in a quiet area overlooking the River Fal, you are always a stone throw away from bustling independent retailers depending on your interests.

Falmouth Town is a mere five minute walk from the property, where bus and train routes are easily accessible to venture out into the neighbouring areas. Investigate all alley ways, street corners and arcades, as there are an array of independent business waiting to be explored.
The property is incredibly central for other travel routes, as well as being located in the epicentre of Falmouth. For bus routes, Falmouth Moor (0.5mi) acts as respite for buses that journey in different directions. Fancy a trip to the city? Take the U1 or the 32 through the winding Cornish roads. Falmouth Town Train Station (1.0mi) is additionally just a peaceful bumble through the cobbled town.
