Spacious two-bedroom bungalow located in West Calder, a five-minute drive to Livingston Designer Outlet. Two minutes walk from the property is West Calder Railway Station with services to Edinburgh, Glasgow and beyond.

The property itself has recently undergone extensive renovation with with all mod cons, two large bedrooms with king size beds, a large peaceful lounge and a 55" smart TV. High-speed internet, private driveway.

This property is at the high end of quality in the marketplace.
The space
Newly modernised traditional sandstone bunglaow. Comfortable and tastefully decorated. Luxurious king sized beds with memory foam toppers. Modern kitchen with all appliances including dishwaster, washing machine, tumble dryer. Spacious living space spred between large living room and garden room with countryside views.

When the weather permits, all our linen and towels are line dried for that ultimate outside fresh feeling.

We loved this house. It’s in a great location for the area and so well decorated. It had everything we needed for 3 couples for a couple of nights. David’s communication was excellent.

Can’t emphasise enough regarding ongoing communications … from initial booking right through to the day of arrival. Day of arrival wonderful welcome, exceptional face to face handover with ongoing support .. couldn’t recommend enough. I book so so many accommodations for my adult twins living with autism and their support workers. Well rehearsed in feedback with regards to those scenarios. Our middle son’s wedding … first time my husband and i have been away from family gone in 25 years …. it was so so special thank you david and barbara
