Located on the waters' edge of the Amalfi Coast, a strech of coastline called Torre Paradiso, this holiay accommodation combines an exclusive waterside position and the proximity to the town of Minori.
Minori is a strategic chice for a stay on the Amalfi Coast: it is in its center and retains the charm of authenticity not contaminated by tourist overcrowding. Small and picturesque, it is also renowned as “ City of Taste” for the excellence of its restaurants and local gastronomic proposals

The town centre also provides all the necessary shops and services including the ferry terminal to the other major villages of the coast such as Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Sorrento and Salerno

The views from the house are magnificent and the crystal clear sea water is just below the property, which has its private access to the sea ( along a staircase of 54 stairs) .
It also features a private and huge terrace, equipped with lounge chairs , an external shower and outdoor dining furniture.
The terrace , partly shaded by awning , is the perfect spot to watch the sun set over the Amalfi Coast with a drink in hand and treat yourself to a peaceful and relaxing holidays with your partner, family or friends

The accomodation is suitable for 6 people and offer quiet and privacy to the guests.
To stay at Villa Cavalluccio Marino a car is not necessary. However, if you have a car, the villa features one private parking space ( Be aware that if you rent a car, the smaller the better since the road along the coast is winding and narrow)

Accommodation (approx. 120 sq. m. indoor):
After entering the main gate, access to the property is through an external staircase (135 steps) that lead you to the front door. Once inside a pleasant hallway welcome the guests. On the right side you have access to the first double bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, a wood bench, a chest of drawers, a suitecase holder and a seaview window. Next to it, you’ll find a twin room, furnished with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. This room has also a balcony (overlooking the sea). Then, you have the first bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and window.
On the left side a corridor gives you access at the others room. The first is a spacious and bright living room, equipped with a large wood dining table, seating for 6 people, a couch, a coffee table with two chairs, a satellite Tv and a beautiful brick fireplace. This ample lounge is well-lit by two seaviews balcony and especially by a huge glass door that gives access onto the big terrace.
Outdoor you have a perfect relaxing space: one dining table with 6 wicker chairs, a coffee table with wicker sofa and armchairs, four sunbeds and two deck chairs.
In front of the sitting room, a door give you access to the kitchen, that is well equipped with an electric oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, an induction cooker with four burners , a toaster, a kettle, and a dining table with six chairs.
Adjacent the kitchen there’s a second bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and washing machine and sink.
At the end of the corridor, the last room is another double room with a queen-size bed,a suitcase holder, a chair and a chest of drawers. This room has a direct access to the terrace through a large glassdoor.
Outside, next to the front door, an external staircase (54 stairs) gives direct access to the sea.
