House Oliver offers the possibility of having an Exclusive outdoor small Pool hydromassage 14 sqm on the rock, with salt water and no chemicals, the water temperature is determined by the sun through solar panels.
The Pool is only for you and your party while enjoying the breathtaking sea view of the Amalfi Coast.
A well-equipped solarium with sun loungers and solar shower.
A fully equipped Gym with an amazing seaview.
On request, it is possible to organize personal chef to prepare private lunches or dinners with typical dishes of true Neapolitan cuisine and also cooking show at the Property on the terrace overlooking the sea, with professional Chef who will show you and explain the recipes as she prepares them and then you eat them while enjoying the exclusive view of the Amalfi Coast.
It is possible to organize also: our confidence local driver Minivan for transfers from and to airport/railstation and for trips to interesting sites of the Coast as Pompei Ruins, Ercolano, Paestum, Vesuvio, Napoli, Sorrento etc. and also excursions for wine tasting. An important procedure has been implemented that allows to disinfects the house at every guest departure. It is an OZONO MACHINE suitable for ensuring a total and perfect sanitization of all internal spaces and all furnishings from bacteria and viruses.
Disinfectant gel for your hands and disinfectant spray for surfaces will be provided.

The complete modern kitchen boasts a new oven with gas cook top and overlooks a cozy four-seat dining table. And why not a tinker on the antique piano after dinner? The bright dining area also comes with more of those luscious sea views. A refrigerated wine cellar is inside the house, from where you can buy Italian red and white wines, of the most prestigious. We had a great time staying at house of Oliver. Lella and Oliver were great hosts and set up our shuttles and dinner reservations as needed. The house is about a mile from Amalfi town but the walk is great and the view and peacefulness of the house is very nice. Ravello, Atrani, Minori and Maori are all within a short distance.

This property is absolutely breathtaking and a dream. The perfect Villa to end an adventure in Italy. The Host are amazing and so helpful. Lella and Oliver are the sweetest and greeted us with fresh lemonade, they handled several restaurant reservations and pick ups at the Villa. Lella went out of way to also schedule a driver to pick us up from Positano to take us to Ravello before ee headed to her Villa. The Villa itself is perfect, clean and has everything you need… coffee, small kitchenette which she leaves groceries for a nice small pasta dinner… will definitely stay here again next year.

Mediterranean Paradise

Speaking for all of the four friends that stayed at this property, I can only say that it was a dream vacation. From the time we arrived until the time we left, Oliver and Lella were always available to meet our every need, from booking restaurants to taxis to a ride of a lifetime on Oliver's boat cruising along the Mediterranean coast. We would wholeheartedly recommend booking this property and hope to return there in our lifetimes.

Lovely Amalfi Coast Experience

First, the hosts were fantastic. The hillside villa was well stocked with everything you would need for the first couple days, including breakfast makings. The views are breathtaking from every room and deck of the 4 level home. The small pool was an added bonus. Oliver and Lella assist in everything you need to visit the entire Amalfi Coast.

Amazing Home!

Our family of 5 recently stayed in House Oliver. I’m not sure what more can I say that hasn’t already been said? Oliver and Lella are wonderful hosts. From the minute you arrive, you will be treated like family and welcomed into their home. They are so kind and generous. The views are spectacular and sitting on the terrace is one of the highlights. The other highlight and must do is Oliver’s boat ride. What a fun day that will live in our families memory forever. Our family has rented many VRBO’s over the years and I can say without a doubt that Oliver is the BEST host we have ever had. Thank you for making our time in Amalfi so wonderful! Holly & Matt

Amazing Villa with Breathtaking Views and Caring, Helpful, Wonderful Owners

House Oliver, as we like to call it, is unlike any place I have ever been. I have traveled around the world and this is a place I can see myself living. The villa is clean, welcoming and comfortable. The location is great, set in between the towns of Minori and Atrani (both within walking distance) and close to countless beautiful towns all along the Amalfi Coast. Oliver grew up in Amalfi and knows everything about the area. He and his wife are so so helpful! We lost our bags on the way over and Oliver helped us each morning and afternoon to call the airport and get our bags back! We got them in two days (it would have taken MUCH longer without him)! I not only highly recommend this villa but I will also be extremely jealous of anyone going there!

Breathtaking View and Unparalleled Hospitality

"Breathtaking" fails to adequately describe this Amalfi Coast gem. Conveniently located between Atrani and Minori, this villa has everything: modernized living quarters, ample sitting areas, a gorgeous terrace (with a once-in-a-lifetime view of the Mediterranean), cozy outdoor gazebo, and lots more. The hospitality afforded us by Oliver and Lela was second to none - from the welcome prosecco toasts to the departure espresso, musical entertainment for a birthday, and much more. Oliver provides the guest with a pre-programmed mobile phone to reach him anytime - no other host has ever done this - and he responds within minutes. The villa's location is ideal for day trips to Pompei, Paestum, Sorrento, Salerno, Battipaglia, Positano, and, of course, Ravello. There are many choices for dining as well. Even without a car (we did have one), the SITA bus is available virtually at the front door, and a ferry service from Amalfi can get you to a number of venues. We spent more than 3 weeks in Italy, with lodging at five sites, and House Oliver stood head and shoulders above the rest for its features and location.

Thank You Thank You Thank You

Oliver, Lella and Peter ...thanks for our fabulous stay on the AMALFI COAST at HOUSE OLIVER. From the moment we were greeted with a big wave and a friendly "CIAO" upon our arrival in the parking area to the time we had to depart , we had a tremendous time .So many highlights in just 4 short days--our boat cruise with Oliver and Peter (awesome and even flying the Canadian flag for us) ;trips to Ravello(stunning) , Capri ,Positano,Altrani,Amalfi,Minori;great view and spacious patio overlooking the Bay of Salerno;all topped off with Peter ,Lella and yourself hosting us for a fabulous Italian dinner (Sorrento tomatoes---best ever) and then the sing song into the night featuring Italian and Canadian songs with guitar and Peter's unbelievably beautiful whistling...WOW!!! The accommodations were excellent , with all the focus on details ,and added touches like the welcome basket , wine toast, and supplies in the fridge after a long day of travel from Venice. Heaven on Earth

We spent 4 nights in Rome before arriving to our week in paradise where we stayed at House Oliver on one of the most picturesque locations you can find. We are a family of 4 with two teenage daughters, and I will admit, we were intimidated at first by the busy road, but ended up walking to the beach one day and it wasn't a bad walk at all.(Lido di Ravello) We are the type of family that is on the go every day and we were eager to experience all the the Amalfi coast has to offer. As I look back, staying at there provided access to so many opportunities that we never would have had in the hustle and bustle of places like Positano (which we LOVED for an overnight) The house was clean, and comfortable, and met our expectations for our 5 night stay. I read reviews about spending time with the hosts, we were on the go, and chatted with Lella via Whatsapp for some assistance but we really didn't see them until they stopped to say goodbye. We were up and out early for a new adventure each day, came back to the house for a few hours to relax with a glass of wine and a snack on the beautiful terrace, then out again for a late dinner. Don't miss Ravello, eat at Villa Maria most amazing lunch EVER, have dinner at Terra Normanna in Maiori, it's like walking into a dream (exceptional food, service, and location), do at least 2-3 days on a private boat if you have the means; it's AMAZING! Don't miss Capri! Transportation is expensive be prepared, try to negotiate rates ahead if you can.

WORDS ARE NOT ENOUGH!!!

I am stunned if anyone could come up with a rating less than 5 stars. If only there was a way to truly explain the perfection of Villa Oliver. If the pictures were not enough for you to believe, perhaps our story will convince you to not deprive yourself of this beautiful gem. From the moment you arrive, it is pure perfection. The villa is immaculate, and the attention to detail is spectacular. Oliver & Lella have thought of everything from the beautiful vegetable & herb garden at your disposal, to the wine selection at your fingertips. We arrived in the afternoon tired from our trip from Rome, and to our delight Oliver was waiting with a bottle of prosecco and campari to welcome us and help us get oriented for the week. The welcome basket of local fruit was great, and the kitchen was stocked with enough goodies to get us by without having to go to the market. It is a good idea to follow Olivero's suggestions...time and time again they proved to be our best experiences. And whatever you do...DO NOT miss his boat trip around the Amalfi coast; it will be imbedded in our happy memories forever. We are now back home in California working hard so we can find our way back to this paradise someday. As I mentioned, the place is perfection, but the true perfection is the gracious hospitality and devotion we received from Olivero and Lella. We miss these new friends already.

Perfect. Assolutamente perfetto.

Although weary from travel, we were newly energized upon arrival by the sheer beauty of the surroundings and the warmest, most genuine welcome by our hosts! If you want to experience real Italian hospitality, this is the place you need to book. Everything from the well appointed furnishings (nothing lacking here!) to the stunning views (BREATHTAKING) was beyond compare. Our wonderful hosts Oliver & Lella were gracious and accessible. While always available when we needed them, they were absolutely hidden from view at all times, which made it a challenge to pin them down when we so badly wanted them to join us for an espresso! They both are salt of the earth... the kind of people you can sit and talk with all night long without tiring. As so many reviews stated, this property is situated in the ideal spot. Walks to bus stops are very short, and connect to Amalfi town square, Positano, Ravello, Minori and Maiori in a hop, skip and jump. Your jaw will drop at the stark beauty of any of those destinations and the friendly people you will encounter will make you feel like a local, not a tourist. Our 7 days there just scratched the surface of this amazing region of Italy. We could spend 2 full weeks and still feel there was not enough time. Bottom line: WONDERFUL hosts. Best in Italy...hands down. Location, location, location...it has it all, with every amenity you need. You better act fast to book this place because I guarantee it will fill up quickly!

Trip of a lifetime!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at House Oliver and highly recommend staying here! The host Oliver goes above and beyond in the customer service department! He helped us arrange a private transfer to and from the train station and when needed any other time. We were greeted by Oliver personally upon arrival with cool towels, fresh grapes and a bottle of Prosecco which was most welcome after travelling. He also provided a large fresh fruit basket, fully stocked refrigerator and a book with descriptions of nearby areas, sites and restaurant recommendations. When he found out that it was my birthday while we were there he brought me a delicious dessert from one of the local patisseries and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate. So thoughtful! We found the house to be most comfortable and charming and the views from the terraces are stunning! We spent much of our time outside enjoying the scenery with our coffee in the mornings and a glass of some of the local wines in the afternoons/evenings. We took advantage of Oliver's boat outing along the coast and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trips! The views were amazing and Oliver provided wonderful food/drink and pointed out all of the sights and educated us on some of the local history. Don't pass this up! Upon departure Oliver and his wife Lella sent us off with a Neapolitan coffee with fresh lemon peel...so delicious! Truly. No need to research properties further. Stay here. The home owners/hosts are beautiful people and are fully prepared for your stay. They will help you with everything from transportation (public and/or private) to restaurant recommendations to outing recommendations and more. This property has been in their family for over 250 years. The owners know other local business owners throughout the area as well as every other detail a local family would know about their home town. Undeniably, every single detail has been thought of to make your stay perfect. It is experiences like this that put hotels to shame. You will be offered a day boat tour by this host - do it. Don't think twice about it. Listen to all the reviews and recommendations, and plan on it. We had only one thing we wished we had known before our trip - that is the additional cost for the driver. We opted for transportation To and From the airport by a private driver - still highly recommended - and one additional trip To and From Pompeii. In the end, we needed 440 Euro for all four legs of our two trips...which we didn't have. Paying at the airport was chaotic and not a pleasant experience. We were told to not worry about paying after each trip individually - that we could settle it in the end. That made us uncomfortable, but we just went with it - thinking it's normal for this type of exchange. Although this wasn't a great experience, I still recommend using the driver. You just need to plan on the cost in cash. We would discourage renting a car. Parking will cost you per day, and you would waste time trying to find a place to park in the nearby towns. Just walk, take the bus and ferry when needed, and enjoy the experience and scenery. Overall, this property and its owners are first class. We highly recommend a stay here. As our short title indicates, don't waste more time researching properties. Book this one. Cheers!

Eat - Pray - Veg Out -

Let me preface this review with the fact that I have never been to the Amalfi region before. It was an amazing time both in the region and the house. The owners were easy to communicate with as long you remember that they are on a time difference ( in my case, 6 hours ahead) with detailed emails and answers, minus the small issue when they didn't understand my questions that were lost in translation. I was never let down at any point. For an additional fee, they can have a driver pick you up from Naples airport and take you to the house. I do recommend this as there are combinations of ways you can get to the house, but this is the simplest. It's by far not the cheapest, but I'm about 'easy'. In my case, I arrived in Naples around 9 am and the house was not ready so the driver took me to Pompeii to walk around for a couple of hours (this was all planned ahead of time) and then over to the house which was still being cleaned. I was able to hang out outside and enjoy the wonderful views and what felt like 8 different terraces and patios. Once I went over the rules and with Oliver, I was on my own. let me rewind real quick - Once you arrive you will be greeted with steps to the house that seem pretty daunting. You will have to haul everything up all these steps and back down. I'm young and in shape and it wasn't fun. Keep in mind that's Amalfi! Steps and walking are the names of the game here. The jacuzzi is a pool. It's not hot, but it does have jets and it's bigger than it looks. I can easily see ten people sitting in there relaxing together. enjoying the views. The outside has enough space and nooks and crannies to host 20 people easily outside. From an outdoor library section to patio tables, loungers, porch swing, lemon trees and tons of flowering plants abound. The house is near a road which makes it easy to catch a car or bus (the bus stop is super close), but it can be loud when busses come by and honk. It's nothing terrible, but it happens. They keep beer and wine stocked up (charges per bottle, but it's cheap) and breakfast foods, fruits, pasta etc. The main rental is best suited for two couples. There are two bedrooms with their own full bathrooms (showers) with their own entrances and own keys. This is super helpful if you are doing your own thing or want to go in and out without passing through each other's spaces. Each bedroom is also super private with thick doors and a small living room separating them.

We absolutely loved House Oliver - the property is stunning, the views are outstanding, and the house itself is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The house or I should say villa is built right into the side of the cliff and overlooks the road below as well as Minori and Maiori. Unbelievable views of the water and coast. Note, the house or property is terraced and located above the street so you will need to climb a series of steps to access the house, which was more than worth it. I cannot say enough about our hosts Lella and Oliver. They go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. From stocking your place with all the basic necessities to local fresh food and drink. Easily the best I have witnessed to date. Also helped with restaurant recommendations/reservations plus local transportation.In addition, they are so easy to communicate with and just the nicest people. Unfortunately, during our stay, we encountered some illness (not due to the property) and required a trip to urgent care. Lella and Oliver prepared a meal for us and then drove us to Urgent care when it became necessary. Trying to navigate this on our own would have been especially challenging and i cannot thank them enough for the kindness and hospitality. Grazie Lella and Oliver!

We travel all over the world and this was the best hosting experience ever. My only regret is that I cannot rate them higher than a ten. The villa was better than the pictures, the location with views was spectacular, the hosts were over the top helpful. Whatever we wanted or needed…they had a solution. They were the best ever!

We loved our stay at House Oliver! The location of this home is perfect, it’s not in the middle of the craziness of Amalfi town. It is very peaceful and authentic while still being close enough to enjoy everything Amalfi Coast has to offer. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space is truly amazing - it’s a perfect spot for morning coffee, relaxing with a book or a glass of wine. One of the highlights for us was the proximity to Minori and ability to walk to dinner. House Oliver was the perfect balance of convenience and quiet. Oliver and Lella were welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better - they were great hosts! If you’re looking for a spot that lets you enjoy Amalfi but also retreat from the crowds, this is a wonderful choice.

Italian paradise

The hosts are so lovely and made us feel right at home as their guests! The villa was perfect for our family with separate spaces for us and our 3 daughters. It was thoughtfully stocked with breakfast, lunch & dinner options and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. Lemons and herbs were readily available from the garden! Pool & boat towels, beach bags & hats were all provided. The AC and outdoor fans worked well even in the heat wave. Literally nothing was wanting! The hosts arranged all of our transportation to and from the villa and to surrounding areas for day trips. (Every recommendation was amazing!) But we spent a lot of time relaxing by the solar heated saltwater pool enjoying the view! The boat trip was the best day of our stay as we experienced the beautiful Amalfi coast from the water with plenty of time to swim and relax on board! We ended our stay with dinner by chef Roberto which we’ll always remember! When can we go back?

Bellissimo Amalfi

Oliver and Lella were very gracious hosts . From meeting us when we arrived to a cup of espresso shared before our departure . The condo was beautiful well equipped and supplied with enough food to get you by on a rainy day. One restaurant is within walking distance and the hosts are happy to help with other restaurants one having a courtesy shuttle. Oliver take tremendous pride in caring for his flowers and pool . Which are beautiful. Be aware there are 60-70 steps which is minor for Amalfi and cars beep when encountering corners because the roads are very narrow . Grazie Oliver and Lella

Magical Paradise

WOW! Awesome hosts and wonderful property. Attention to every detail was evident and made our stay so special! From the car service to welcome fruit basket to the fully stocked kitchen just to name a few! The views of the sunrise are magnificent from the heavenly patio. Wow wow wow!

Lella and Oliver were wonderful hosts. Check in and check out was easy, Lella even met us and our driver to ensure we found the villa easily and were able to get in quickly, with a delicious pitcher of Limonata waiting for us. The villa was completely stocked and beautiful and they provided options for us to explore around the coast with a helpful binder of information and historic details. . Pictures cannot describe the vast, amazing views of the mountains and beautiful sea. The bus stop was a quick ~100 foot walk from the villa. The pool, the accommodations were excellent and we enjoyed every minute of their heavenly villa!

Amalfi oasis between Atrani and Minori

We spent 4 nights at the beautiful House Oliver and loved every minute of it! Italy and the Amalfi Coast were definitely highlights of our family's 2-week vacation which took us from Barcelona and then Seville, Spain to Naples, Rome, Ischia, and finally Amalfi. Our family of 4 (20yr old & 17 yr old) really enjoyed the home, fully functional kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sundeck, and the private pool overlooking the sea with coastal views of the nearby villages of Minori and Maiori as well as the mountains behind them. As other reviews have indicated, we were OK walking to various villages (Atrani, Amalfi, Minori) during the day, but would always secure a ride back to the villa if it was after dark. The hosts were great about communication both in advance of the trip and during our stay. They were always accessible if we had questions or needed. Also, the value of the pre-stocked food & drink proved incredibly valuable and convenient during our stay. Highly recommend this location for anyone considering a private villa in the greater Amalfi / Ravello area.
