This is 2 storey townhouse with one bedroom and three sunny terraces. As you enter the house you have cozy patio with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast and morning sun. Spacious lounge, fitted wardrobe, dining table, open plan kitchen and a guest toilet. The kitchen has fridge, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster - all you need to prepare your meals. Living room has access to the main terrace with beautiful views to the sea, communal gardens and swimming pool.

On the top floor you have beautiful and sunny bedroom with high ceiling, TV, fitted wardrobes and a great seaview terrace with loungers where you can sunbathe all day long! Modern shower room is adjacent to the bedroom. Other features include air conditioning units (heat/cold), Wi-Fi, smart TV.

Nice town house.

We have just spent two months here. Nice place. Exactly as described. Yulia and her team were always available if needed. Very quiet which was fine by us. Parking could be an issue as it gets busier. Not much really. But we would suggest that it accommodates really only two people. There is a sofa bed which I used one night as my wife felt a little under the weather.Not comfortable at all.
